Best place to stay!!
This is the best place we have stayed at Granby! It was a great house that had everything we needed. It was so close to the ski lift and so easy to get to the main lodge. The host was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house with ski in and ski out
This house was perfect for our family. We have skiers of all levels and the ski in and ski out was very nice to have. The bedroom setup was great. The hot tub was very nice to have after a ski day. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed for our meals. Overall, very nice house with everything we desired for the week.

Wonderful ski-in/ski-out house!
This house is true sky-in/ski-out. Right next to the ski lift. The house is very comfortable with everything you need provided. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive to our questions and needs. Highly recommend!!

Great place!
Brad and Rebecca were great to work with. They allowed us to bring our two dogs for a reasonable fee. They answered all of our questions very quickly. Place was clean and very well stocked. Very enjoyable stay.

This was a really nice place to stay and the location couldn't be better. It is the very first house next to the ski mountain with the entrance only feet from where you can ski.

Best Ski In/Out for Families
This is the absolute best place to stay with tweens and preteens!! They have the freedom to enjoy the slope while you keep a watchful eye from the hot tub, living room or patio! The space and area are amazing!!!

Incredible Stay!
We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! From the location, to the cleanliness, to the space, everything was exactly what we needed. Our kiddos were able to ski right off the front porch, down to the Kicking Horse lift, then take it up to the top to get down to the main lift. They came in at lunch & didn’t come back till the lifts were closed. The beds were so comfortable & we loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day. The hosts were amazing & communicated so well! They also left so many amenities in the house to use, which we’ve never had at any other VRBO! Definitely our favorite stay in Granby!

Amazing Location
This is a beautiful home right on the ski slope. We had a house full, three generations. It is a very well stocked home...plenty of towels and the kitchen has every thing you need. There are games, books and toys for the younger kiddos. The owners and caretaker of the home were in touch and communicated throughout our stay. Would definitely return.

This was the best place we have stayed in! The house is great, spacious, and beautifully furnished. It is a true ski in & ski out. You can watch people ski from the window. A perfect place for a big family. The owners are wonderful & quick to respond. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving getaway
We had such a lovely time! Very clean, tons of space for our family of 5 to spread out. This was the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in, from bandaids to puzzles they hosts provided it all. The location was fantastic, 20 minutes from just about anything you want to do. Rocky Mountain national park, winter park, hot springs,. Would love to come back and check out the granby ranch ski area, since it wasn’t open yet. This house is literally on one of the chairlifts, I would love to sit in the hot tub and watch skiers. Will definitely stay here again

Best Rental Property
I have stayed at a few rentals before and this one blew them all out of the water. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and fun things to do. It was incredibly clean. It’s clear the owners really care about the quality of the home and the experience of the renters.

Perfect ski in ski out house
We had 4 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 6 to 13. This house was perfect. This place is literally next to the lift, you don't get closer. Literally walk out the front door 20 ft, slap on your skis and you are off. The kids tore up the mountain, came in for lunch and back out for the afternoon. I'd hit a few runs, grab a beer by the fire pit, and back out as well. So much fun. Inside, there is plenty of space, comfortable furniture, and a good size open kitchen that has everything we needed to cook. We made meals each night except the last, so we put the kitchen to the test. Bedrooms were clean and a decent size, beds were actually really comfortable. Bathrooms, again were clean and a typical size that worked for us. There was lots of storage although we didn't use it. Downstairs there is a game room. I thought it would get a lot of use but with the hot tub outside, the kids went from mountain to hot tub to bed every night. The fire pit out by the hot tub is a nice touch as well. Being so cold out we only used it during the day when taking a break. The owners provide patio furniture with cushions that you can use to watch people go by on the lift. Pretty neat. Lastly, the garage holds one car and the driveway holds one additional. That worked for us, but if you have more than one car, you'll have to park elsewhere. I believe they have a plan for that. The owners were responsive and super easy to work with. Lastly, the WiFi is good enough that I was able to get in a few conference calls via teams and connect remotely to my work server without any drops. Overall this place hit every mark. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for letting or group use your vacation home! Andy

Great cozy family home to rent!
Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely stay here again! We hated to leave. It was VERY clean and super cozy! The host was amazing at giving information and responding! The location of this property was perfect if you were hitting the slopes! You could literally put your skis on and head down the slope for the day! You didn’t have to take a car to base camp if you didn’t want to. The house was well stocked and felt like I was at home! There were many games for the kids to play, which they really enjoyed! Also, the view of the mountain was breathtaking! I would highly recommend this property!

Great Ski IN OUT Location
This property was very nice, and a great location for not only skiing but access to the grocery market a few miles away as well. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely make an annual trip. Any travelers should note it books up quick for ski season. Rebecca provided all the information needed in a timely manner, as well as informative information about the Resort and surrounding area for things To Do.

Great ski in/out location
First time renting his house and really enjoyed it. Owner was fantastic with communication and answering questions. Location was perfect for ski in/out on easy blue slope. We were first time skiers and it worked great for our extended family stay. Very well stocked kitchen and game closet. We thoroughly enjoyed hot tub and kids loved game room while adults visited upstairs. House was clean and handy with washer/dryer. Would highly recommend this owner and this house. Granby ski resort was great too, very friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay at this property.
The property is beautiful and is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and offers a coffee bar. The beds are very comfy. We enjoyed the variety of games which entertained two 6 year olds as well as adults. The hot tub was great! It was as stated, many upgrades and located right next to the ski slopes. The host thought of everything to make our stay very enjoyable. This is by far the best rental we have had the pleasure of staying. Thank you for wonderful get-a-way.

Great location + Pet Friendly
We enjoyed Granby Ranch for some good summer mountain fun. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the beautiful setting, amazingly well stocked kitchen, responsive friendly owners -- just perfectly done. We hope to visit again! Pros: nice sized kitchen and very well stocked, location, comfortable beds + lots of closet space, pet friendly, game room, hot tub, fire pit -- so many places and ways to relax and enjoy the mountains and family time. Cons: I can't think of many! We liked Granby Ranch but it's a little bit of a hike to drive in/out for a dinner out or a quick errand or whatever. The best nights were when we cooked at home (so only a con if you are wanting more of a 'walk to town' type of experience). Wonderful, wonderful hosts!!

Wonderful stay!
We had the most wonderful few days spring skiing at Granby Ranch and staying in Rebecca’s amazing place! She was so communicative, helping us with every step of the way- ideas for activities in the area, check-in process, and lots of other tips. Our family really appreciated the cleanliness and cleaning protocols during these Covid times. We felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay! Great time in Granby!!
This property was clean and had everything we could imagine in a ski in/ski out location. The large kitchen flowed into the dining & family room area which enabled our time making food and having family dinners seamless. The bedrooms and storage were all large & enabled us to organize & feel at home for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the early afternoons watching skiers go up the kicking horse lift & kids learning how to ski down the run. Great place and we will stay here again!

PERFECT!!!!
I couldnt have asked for anything better!!! The location was PERFECT!!! Right next to the slope. I could literally talk to my kids as they rode the lift past the house. The ski in ski out is literally in the front yard of the house. We love Granby Ranch ski resort. Its small and perfect for kids. Not touristy and huge like some of the other places in Colorado. Kitchen was beautiful, all the pots and pans we could need, pack n play and toys for my 3yr old. Every question i had was answered promptly and lovingly. Everything worked. The home was clean and well stocked. Neighbors were quiet, we saw a couple people and they waved. I literally have zero complaints! Im beyond happy to have rented this house and hope to rent this exact house again in a couple years. No need to find anything else when this one was so perfect.

Best Ski Trip Ever!!
Perfect Ski In/Ski out home for our family. Beautifully appointed. Instant home away from home. Super clean. Comfy beds. Everyone slept great after skiing and a soak in the hot tub. Great attention to detail, COVID precautions, information and instructions. All the amenities you could want. Very spacious. The Children loved the games and the adults loved the view and location. All around Best Ski Trip Ever !! We can't wait to return next ski season!

Great for families!
This place was wonderful for our family with three very young children. They have a separate “game area” with foosball, a chess table, and an arcade game. A pleasant surprise was the closet full of toys and games— my kids begged us not to leave! The owner was extremely quick to respond to questions prior to arrival and ensured our stay was to our satisfaction. We plan to return as soon as possible!

Perfect Escape
We loved this property! We go to granby fairly often and just loved this house. It is perfectly situated on the slope with great views of the whole valley. enjoyed happy hours in the hot tub and s’mores over the gas fireplace. Also a perfect place to watch the stars. House was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Keurig machine a huge plus! Beds were super comfortable. Family room cozy and set up to watch movies either on cable or using smart tv. We have two boys who enjoyed Their own space downstairs. Great game room and plenty of books, toys and puzzles. Truly something for everyone. Rebeccas was amazing and super responsive. They’ve got this down to a science. So sad to leave but will definitely be back! Look no further! You won’t be disappointed.
