Perfect

Great property with unbeatable location. Top notch communication from the owners. This place is perfect for summer or winter. You’re within 50 yards of both the ski/bike lift and our favorite restaurant, Bluebird Bistro. If you haven’t eaten there, do so. We did every night we could. Granby Ranch and this condo are the perfect place to bring a family for mountain biking, hiking, fishing, skiing and more.

Excellent location!

We loved being on ground level especially with all of the grandkids. We were close to all the things we wanted to do. The restaurant next door is excellent also. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your property.

Family & Friends Ski Trip

This property is in the most ideal location at Granby. We stayed here with our family of 5 and friends who had a family of 4 and it worked perfectly. The kids stayed in the bunk room and had a bathroom to share and each couple had their own bedroom + bathroom. There was plenty of room to relax each evening in the living room and play games at the dining table. I can't stress enough how great the location is to the Lodge and the lifts. The communication with the owner was fantastic and he was able to assist quickly with any questions/needs we had. I will note that the one ski locker didn't fit all of our gear so we did end up keeping our boots in the back of our suburban at night, so keep that in mind with a large group as ski equipment isn't allowed in the condo (for good reason). It worked out great for our group!

Perfect location

We had a great time at our Granby condo. It was literally steps away from the ski lift and base camp. It was so nice being able to step out the back door and head right to the lifts. The condo was perfectly situated for two families. It was a bummer that some of the runs were closed and that only one lift was operating but it was a great first ski experience for my kiddos. They are already asking when they can ski again!

Great Ski-in/Ski-out Location!

We LOVED having 1st-floor slopeside access where our skiers/boarders could just pop in for a break & we could keep an eye out. So convenient to the lodge if you want to pop over for a drink or meal! Condo was very clean & tidy, had great amenities, & is nicely appointed. Great homey feel! Communication was fantastic. We do have a couple of notes that might be worth consideration. The very thing that makes the location so amazing - being slopeside - also comes with some realities of the work that has to be done overnight. The groomers, plows, snowmobiles, etc., make quite a bit of noise & shine bright lights at the building, & the blinds are not blackout so you end up with a lot of light in the unit. Not a big problem for a lot of people but light sleepers or people who have trouble sleeping through light and sound might be affected. Also, the unit does get passed by all day long by everyone coming & going from the parking areas to the lifts. Again, didn't bother us much (we love the people watching) but something to keep in mind. Finally, & this you'd have no way of really knowing, but it turns out you can't actually see the green/blue mountain & main lift from the patio itself because there's a big tree in the line of sight. Again overall it's an amazing spot but I might actually look for another unit that's farther west just so I can watch my people come down. Still a 5-star review & we loved it so much it overall, just some notes for those who might want to know.

Base Camp Blast

Our family had a 27 person reunion in Granby and our Hawaiian family of 4, San Francisco family of 2 and my husband and I booked the beautiful condo well in advance, Communication with the property manager was outstanding. The unit met and exceeded our expectations. If you're a skier (we were there in July) you have died and gone to Heaven based on this location. You would walk out the back door and step right onto the ski lift. We highly recommend this listing.

Disappointing part was they shut the power off our second day from 8 am till after 10 pm. We also had mice in our condo, owns gad to know because we found mouse traps in every room.

Incredible Location!

This condo was the first Ski-In & Ski-out that any of us have ever stayed in and it was amazing!! Everything from being steps away from the rentals and restaurants to skiing right up to the porch to grab a quick bite and heading back up, this condo was perfect! We had little kids with us who were new to skiing and got tired very quickly, so we were constantly taking breaks and it worked out so well. All the beds were comfy and the blankets provided were so cozy! We loved sitting next to the fireplace and watching the skiers out the windows. I do wish the kitchen was a little more stocked. No big pot, crockpot is small & never found a whisk. Little things though. We made it work. I would definitely recommend this unit to all friends & family!

Great stay- Great Location

This unit provided an excellent location for our stay at Granby Ranch. The unit is directly at the base of the mountain, providing quick & easy access to lifts and the awesome mountain biking trails in the area. There was ample space & all of the comforts of home. We would definitely stay again. The property manager did a good job communicating with me throughout our stay. The hot tub/pool was an extra cost (though understandable with the owner/renter mix at the resort) and parking was limited (though there are allowances to store additional vehicles down the hill). Overall, it was a great stay and the perfect option for those wanting to stay and play at Granby Ranch (& or explore the area beyond- Winter Park, etc.).

The MOST fantastic ski in ski out location!

This property was just amazing! We loved every inch of it and can't believe we booked this location without ever visiting Granby Ranch before! The access to this property was a TRUE ski in / ski out ... like if you open the gate and the patio door you could literally ski into the unit (which we would NEVER do of course). Not only was it ski in/out but it is just steps from the ski lodge and the main lift! We will most definitely be back and will hope for the opportunity to stay in this unit again!

Amazing Slopeside retreat!

The location really can't be beat. OUr family of 4 had an amazing spring ski weekend, walking out to the lift, having lunch at home, sledding down the ski hill at night... it was really amazing. We will definitely be looking for a repeat trip next ski season, hopefully to stay longer. The condo is large, well appointed, quiet, comfortable, and seriously... the location is just incredible. We wish we could have used the pool, but that is the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect (Covid rules by the county, not at all anything the owner could control!!).

Amazing Ski Getaway

We had a party of 5, with 3 adults and two older teens. The two master bedrooms are fabulous for the adults and the bunch room worked well for the teens. The location on the main floor is awesome and truly a ski in ski out condo. We’ve stayed at base camp one before and being on the main level is ideal. The place was perfect and we will definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

We had a great time at this property! The location was easily the best ski in/ski out on Granby Ranch. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very well kept with everything you need. The main ski lift was steps away for the adults and there was a great hill behind the condos for the little ones to sled on and play! We will definitely be back!
