Wonderful Setting

We loved this house and would definitely return. This has to be one of the cleanest VRBO homes we've stayed in. We truly appreciated the way they labeled every light switch. The home was very comfortable with lots of extra blankets and pillows provided.

Great Family Spot

This place is as described and in a great location. We love Granby Ranch and this house is a good reason why. Great amenities, plenty of space for family, and close to slopes.

Amazing stay!

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! So much room for our family of 5. I honestly cannot think of a con. Stocked home, plenty of necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, towels, laundry detergent, etc). The location was perfect, it was spotless and the bedroom beds were so comfortable. Thank you and we hope to return!

Perfect

This was a Christmas gift for our kids. Two of the three had not skied before. The location was great for easily being able to get on the slopes. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. I absolutely loved the fireplaces (don’t get to use them in TX) which were perfect after being out in the cold. The homeowner was super helpful with rental places and places to eat!

Kids first ski trip

House was perfect, everything was as described and better. Max was the best and great to work with answering every question we had and gave great tips to make the trip perfect! Location of the house was easy...ski in/ski out, driving to the base, or going to store. 10 out of 10 with this one!

Perfect family rental

Great Stay at The Tracks

We booked The Tracks for the week leading up to our wedding at Granby Ranch. Was a perfect location and place to get away for a few days before all the craziness of the weekend kicked in, and a great home base once activities got started. The place was comfortable, exactly as presented in the posting, and our friends were able to book spots nearby to create a very special experience. Max was super helpful with tips for the area as well

The perfect recharge.

The Tracks was exactly what our family of four needed and more. Communication with the owners from the day of booking and beyond made it a seamless home away from home experience. The house was extremely clean, organized, comfortable, and accommodating. The location made coming and going for hikes and day adventures easy and uncomplicated. When some technical difficulties arose for our stay, the owners were beyond quick and thoughtful in their problem solving from a distance. Morning runs were dreamy right our the door and the kitchen makes for a spacious space to make meals in or prepare lunches to pack for hikes. We can’t recommend this property enough. We will absolutely be back! One thing that may be important to note, there is a rental next door, right off the primary bedroom window, that had two sets of occupants during our stay there that were very loud past what we would have hoped were “quiet hours” (past 1 am). Not sure how to address this but possibly worth seeing if there are quiet hours in the area ahead of time if noise disruption is an important variable for you.

A Great Stay

The Tracks didn't disappoint. With plenty of space for our family, along with ample private spaces (when we needed a break from our family members!), the space more than met our needs. The patio in the back with fire pit and the front porch provided wonderful outdoor spaces, as well. We received a welcome text from the owner offering to provide any help we needed. When we accidently packed the home's hairdryer, the owner was understanding and helped me resolve the problem. We had all that we needed in the kitchen, and only wished we had access to the garage. Other than that, the vacation home was great!

Wonderful!

We had the best time during our stay here. The house was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more! Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults, 2 kids, and a toddler. It was very easy to get to the ski hill. Max, the owner, was so nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely home

Home was spacious, clean and well equipped. Probably better than the pictures show! Would absolutely stay again. Only major drawback, the house is technically ski in ski out but it was a bit more of a walk (2 blocks) than I wanted with equipment and kids. Parking is a little tight with two cars when snow on the ground and back yard was not shoveled so couldn’t really walk around in the back - but we didn’t really have a need for that anyway.

Winter wonderland

The Tracks made our stay most memorable, we were able to cook great meals and it was a delight to discover the pantry was partially stocked. Just a short walk to the slopes. I loved the separate dens. The kids had a quite place to do their homework while the others enjoyed a movie and nice fire. We already making plans to return.

Family fun Granby

The place was beautiful, plenty of places to sleep, the family and kitchen area were great for eating and playing games as a group. The place was clean and had every amenity one could think of. We used the fire pit out back and played foosball for the first time in a long time. The unit is about the closest we've ever stayed to the lift. The owner was great, never hesitated to answer any of our questions at anytime. The airlines lost my luggage and I'm standing in the claims office and needed the address, so I called them and they gave me the address. They followed through with text to see if things worked out, they did. I'd give them and their home 5 stars. The kind of place you want to treat as your own. excellent place for a fun family vacation.

Great Location…..

We had seven family members stay over NewYears and had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for us and could have brought a couple extra kids. Lots of room for people to hang out in all the different areas of the home. Max was the best at keeping us updated and checking in to make sure we had everything we could need. The location is awesome as a ski in and ski out. Granby Ranch has plenty of skiing for all levels and doesn’t seem as crowded as other resorts. Even over the holiday, lines weren’t long and always tables for lunch or a short break. We did the Grand Adventure guided snow mi Ike tour to the continental divide. I can’t recommend it enough! So cool!! We can’t wait to find a time to come back in the summer.

Granby Ranch Delivered!

From start to finish, the entire experience with this wonderful experience to the Tracks was fantastic. Max was great to assist us and communication was wonderful. Helpful in sharing recommendations and all exceeded expectations. Great location with ease to get the slopes, short drive to the lodge for the pool and hot tub, and ski gear/lift. You have to visit Grand Lake.
