Small but perfect
The unit was a surprise. The photos do not do it justice! It was clean and well stocked, and the deck was enjoyed for afternoon relaxation. Wonderful getaway. I will request the unit again. Great job! Great accommodations!

Great vacation getaway
My husband and I stayed three nights at Sarah’s place and had the most wonderful experience. Very clean place with updates throughout. The bed was comfy with nice clean sheets and good pillows. Kitchen is fully stocked! We enjoyed the local Chinese restaurant and coffee shops. But location of the condo is close enough to Frasier and Winter Park for more restaurant options and skiing! Sarah was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be back for another visit! Thank you Sarah for a great stay!

Perfect Little Place!
This place was perfect for the 3 of us to use when visiting the area. It is located near a grocery and small town so you aren't feeling abandonded in the middle of nowhere. You also get access to amenities and a nice balcony. The place was very clean and the perfect size for the price. We expected to be out and about more but ended up staying in the condo more than expect and it really wasn't too small for the 3 of us adults to enjoy! Definitely perfect for close friends or family for whatever you need on your trip!

Cozy Condo
The condo was awesome & everything was new & updated. There were a lot of little details like pictures, a welcome rug in doorway & rocking chair on the balcony that made it very inviting & relaxing. It was centrally located to many attractions. The host Sarah responded quickly when we had a question. Next time we are in the area we would definitely stay again. Five Stars!!!

Would definitely come back
The unit is amazing and Sarah is super responsive and helpful. Location is very convenient. 1 min drive to a big grocery store and 3 min drive to the town of granby. Lots of amenities in the resort (although I was too tired to use them). 1 hour drive to the RMNP. Great place to stay.

Great place
Room was very suitable and well kept. The amenities were great with the indoor/ outdoor pool, hot tub, racketball ect. The only issue from receiving 5 star was the grout around the rock floor in the shower was worn down and it made it a little uncomfortable to stand in.

Cozy and great location
The condo was fantastic. Updated and well maintained. Big super comfy couch was a hit. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and spacious bathroom. The mattress in the Murphy bed is quite firm. Not a huge fan but that’s a personal preference. The view from the patio is beautiful but can get noisy at times as it’s on the main road. A main reason for our stay was the swimming pool which had unfortunately been drained for cleaning and was not up and running in time for us to use. Property owner did notify us as soon as they were made aware and offered to adjust our visit. We decided to go ahead with our stay and still had a great time with the multiple hot tubs. The arcade inside and the beach in Grand Lake were also great alternative activities. The condo is a bit of a long walk to/from the pool so I advise using the locker/changing rooms there so you don’t have a soggy walk back to your room. Overall a great trip and would absolutely stay again.

This is a great place. It is small, a studio, so just one room, but we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bathroom was luxurious. Overall a great place to stay for a ski trip.

Nice Mountain Getaway
This little mountain Condo was great for our skiing vacation. The bathroom was nicely remodeled. The kitchen refrigerator stove and dishwasher made it convenient for us to cook our own meals. The Inn at Silver Creek has a lot of amenities like fitness room , indoor/outdoor pool with two hot tubs. Management needs to upgrade the washers and dryers. Some if the machines ate our quarters.

Perfect for our needs!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for me and my husband while we were on a ski vacation to Granby Ranch. It is only a short drive up the mountain to base lodge and the slopes. The property was cozy and nicely decorated.

excellent experience
The place was great I love that I had everything I need. Trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, all the dishes, and silverware. The coffee maker the toaster, all those details. Make the staying better. I didn't have to go to my truck and get my things. I would recommend this place ❤️ Just a suggestion maybe a broom and a dustpan. I didnt want to make a noise and turn on the vacuum.

great getaway
The property was as listed but the pool was much better than listed! It had an indoor entry and it was actually warm (have stayed where the pool was listed as heated but it really was not warm)! My kids LOVED it. Bring your own pool towels as well as body soap for the shower as there wasn't any. Could have used more shower towels as well. But otherwise plenty of space for 3 people and loved the netflix on tv!

a bit noisy
the decor was nice and cozy, the condo clean. There was a family with children above and they jumped loudly on the floor most of the evening and there was remodeling going on next door, until 7pm- hammering, power saws etc. (not the owner's fault) So not quite the peaceful getaway, but it was good for the price.

Few things to note
The front office would not allow us to check in early, and I understand why but when it says 4 you can’t get in at 3:30. Don’t bother trying. Also, there was no bar soap in the unit. Wish I had known. Bed is a Murphy pull out. Would have been fine but hard as a brick. Very uncomfortable. Overall a clean cheaper stay.

Disappointed
Our wedding day was beautiful and couldn't ask for a better back drop of Rocky Mountains. Our leisurely drive to Granby was very enjoyable until we walked into this studio we rented. We were very disappointed to find that there was wood trim falling off of the murphy bed with exposed nails causing unsafe conditions. I had to do repairs just to make it safe and to avoid getting hit by the trim or nails. Next we uncovered that the only way to use the ceiling fan was to have both the fan and kitchen lights on at the same time probably due to everything being on the same light switch circuit. In order for us to use the fan as we slept I would have had to unscrew the 4 ceiling bulbs in the kitchen to turn the lights off. We were looking forward to using the ceiling fan, as it was hot during the nights and there was no A/C. There was no tissues and less than half of a roll of paper towel. We had to go out and buy both. The molding around the kitchen tile floor where the kitchen met the living room was torn away and easily could cut your foot. The soundproofing between the walls and ceiling sucked. The upstairs neighbor woke us up every night. Overall this was one of the worst rental places we've stayed at within Colorado. In order to salvage our honeymoon and to make it memorable was to stay away as long as we could from this unit. All we could say was that sitting outside on the balcony was very nice to see the leaves changing color and the horses roaming in the nearby field. This unit was nowhere worth the amount we were charged.

My husband and I loved this property! It was perfect for the two of us. The area is beautiful and such a great location for many activities/sight seeing. E also appreciated it having everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The bed and bedding were super comfy too!

Excellent summer stay for RMNP
We stayed in September while visiting RMNP. It’s about 20 mins from the Grand Lake side of the park. Not a bad drive at all. We went to the park every day during our stay. We were able to easily access lots of hikes there and in Arapaho National Forest. The Mt. Ida hike was easily a fave and the trailhead is about 40 mins from the condo. The hot tub and pool were great and there is a grocery store nearby so you can take advantage of the full kitchen in the condo.

Short mountain trip
My friends and I decided to have a short trip into the mountains and were able to snag this cute studio to do so. Everything about the room was great. It was clean and cozy and the check in and out process was easy. Will definitely be using this stay again in the future!

Close to Grandby Ranch Ski Resort
Perfect little place to get out of town and go skiing. Cute little studio with all the comforts of home. Nothing like staying close to a ski resort and sleeping in. Nice little kitchen to cook a few meals helped us save some money. I’d definitely stay here again! Thank you.
