Perfect getaway for a party of 2!

Our room was cozy, clean, and inviting. Perfect for a couple looking to get away in the mountains. Cheryl, our host was amazing. She responded to my questions within minutes and went as far as wishing us safe travels both there and back.

One night lodging.

We needed one night lodging en route to RMNP and this location was very convenient. Hotel size room sufficient for two adults. King size bed was very comfortable and toiletries teas coffee were available. A patio door allows direct access to outdoor setting area overlooking small water feature with fountain. Check in main lobby at center of the large complex on north side of building …we drove all the way around the parking lot before locating front desk to check in.

Property is in need of updating and maintenance. Reasonable price but amenities are hit and miss. The owner was very helpful with issues.

the room was good, the only negative was the pool and hot tub were still not working even though the website said they were available which was disappointing.

Not Exactly as Advertised

The host sent info about the upcoming stay but falsely stated there was a restaurant available on the property. Actually the space where the restaurant used to be was vacant. This was a little disappointing. The room was clean and well stocked however the unit needs some updating. The bottom of the bathroom door was damaged and in need of repair. On the positive side, the pools were nice and the bed was comfortable.

Perfect

Very short drive to rmnp and grand lake. Very clean and had good amenities. Much nicer than another unit at the same facility that we stayed at. I was skeptical about no AC since we were staying in july, but the room stayed comfortable and we didnt even need the provided fan. 10/10 i will stay here again if we come back to this area.

Perfect location for Granby Ranch activities

This was the perfect place to stay overnight after attending a wedding at Granby Ranch. The location/distance from Granby Ranch is ideal. The check-in process was was extremely easy.

Summer night away

The apartment was very nice with a beautiful view. Clean and cozy. The pool area was nice but there were tons of bugs in the outdoor hot tubs so many that they were unusable. The indoor ones were nice though! Lots of mosquitoes while sitting on the porch too so bring bug spray! Gym was looked awesome but we didn’t use it. The spa was closed while we were there.

The room itself is great!

The room itself was great with a very comfy bed, but I recommend bringing your own towels as the ones provided are thin and torn around the edges. The pool towels also had stains on them. Patio would’ve been great except for the view of a jungle of weeds. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs.

Great Unit and Location

The unit was as expected - no surprises. Clean, easy to use, comfy bed, netflix on the TV was a nice bonus (esp for my 5 year old!). Unit is small but great location and perfect for what we needed - one night to get two ski days in! Pool and hot tubs were nice - there are FOUR hot tubs which is nice. Information regarding check in and out was quick and easy via email / VRBO app. Only two complaints would be that check in was strictly at 4pm - after an exhausted 5 year old was done on the mountain I thought we could maybe get in at 3pm (1hr early) but was rejected, not sure why covid would restrict us from getting in slightly early but its their policy and seems that its not flexible so just be aware. Other complaint is that the hair dryer stopped working 1/4 of the way through my shoulder length hair and I could not get it back up and running. Otherwise great experience, would rent again if returning with just one kid!

The resort room is sequestered in a great location to ski Winter Park. It was quiet, clean, and had all we needed tucked in little spaces.
