After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned: -We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect the property, and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. -We switched out all batteries before your stay, and we visited after you checked out and all remotes worked. -A previous guest lost the remote for the fireplace, but there is a switch on the fireplace. -We apologize for the lack of hand towels.
