Our enormous family had an amazing time, and it was absolutely perfect for a Thanksgiving feast! The way the house is set up - from having a table large enough to have everyone sit together, to having the bedrooms spread out which enabled all the young kids to sleep peacefully without interruption. The kitchen is extremely well appointed (seriously, you will want for nothing). Nila has truly set it up so guests can come and enjoy their stay, without any extra hassle. This is an incredible place to visit, 4 days wasn't enough!

Gorgeous Views

The house is conveniently located on top of a hill. All rooms have gorgeous views as does the fire pit outside. Lots of firewood and marshmallow sticks available and kitchen well stocked.

Our group of 10 adults and 6 kids enjoyed a refreshing weekend escape at this cozy mountain lodge nestled in the heart of nature. The lodge provided the perfect mix of comfort and rustic charm, with spacious rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and breathtaking views from every angle. Like someone earlier said, photos dont do justice to this place, its really worth exploring if you are checking things out about 1-2hrs from Denver.

The property views etc are awesome .. very private .. was a great place for our family of 10 (grandparents, adult kids and grandkids) .. plenty of space for everyone. Location is great .. close to Granby and Grand Lake. Lots of activities for all ages. Nila was very responsive when asked a question.

Perfect for reunion

Overall property was wonderful exactly as described. We had a few issues upon arrival but Nila and the management company addressed within hours and made the appropriate fixes. Syd from the Cabin maintain was kind and knowledgeable.We had a great week and made many memories. Our only suggestion would be a deep cleaning of property we know it is a mountain home but more cobwebs and dust bunnies than were expected.

Wonderful mountain Getaway

In 2017, my husband and I got married here with our immediate family. It was perfect for our family of 10 and the views were amazing. We decided on a snowy Christmas this year with our children and were thrilled to find out that Byers Peak was available. The house is still just as amazing as it was almost 8 years ago. Nila was so kind and even decorated the house with a stunning tree! This house has everything you need. We had the best Christmas and loved using the fire pit most evenings! This is a wonderful gem of a place!

Family Gathering

Perfect location and space for our large family. Plenty of space to spread out, most families had individual rooms and bathrooms (that was wonderful!) Ages in our group ranged from 63 - 4. Lots of activies in the surrounding area for the kids to ski/snowboard, snowmobiling, hiking, snowshoing and exploring. Having the washers and dryers and 2 dishwashers was wonderful. Our family cooked together, played games, had a Gingerbread house making competion and used tubes to go sleding.It had snowed 3 nights in a row prior to us arriving and the plow truck driver hadn't plowed due to a break down. Made a call to Nila and she answered promptly and was able to get ahold of the plow truck driver. We did drive in with our AWD vehicles but the snow was deep and one of our daughters who arrived first slide off to the side of the road and had to be dug out. They had a shovel in their vehicle and the wonderful neighbors all pitched in to get them out. We are from Rural WIsconsin, so we had a couple shovels in our vehicles and are used to snow.Also we were able to see fireworks from Granby! Good time was had by all!BD

Great location in Granby

We planned a big group golf weekend and this place is great. Great location to get to multiple golf courses and an awesome place to go back to after 36 holes on the course. The house was clean, beautiful and working with the owners was great. Very helpful and great communication. I highly recommend this listing.

Spectacular Lodge Home

Our stay at Byers Peak Lodge exceeded our expectations. The privately situated home has incredible views from the wrap around deck. Its spacious and beautifully appointed interior can comfortably house a large family gathering or vacation. Too many amenities to list and easy, prompt communication with Nila, the home owner. 100% recommend and can’t wait for an occasion to return.

Wonderful Lodge!

Great place with Amazing Views! The whole family loved our stay here. The cabin was clean, the place is beautifully decorated, and the location is great, just a few minutes ride gets you to Granby, or the Lake. Furthermore, Nila answered all the questions we had leading up and during our stay. There's nothing bad to say about our experience. It was worth every penny and we'd definitely stay again the next time we take a trip to the area.

Spring break 2024

Great trip! Beautiful cabin! AMAZING views! The kids and adults alike had fun sledding on the hill out front and building snow forts. The weather was even perfect for grilling off the back deck. It was wonderful having bathrooms and washer/dryers for each bedroom and even better having plenty of hot water when several of the bathrooms or machines were being used at one time. We did encounter the mice but they didn’t bother our group. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular Lodge in Granby

Our family had a wonderful time in the Byer’s Peak Lodge. Absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and out for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable accommodations in each of the rooms; the beds were cozy and the jetted tubs were so relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The individual washers and dryers made keeping things organized easy. The kitchen and dining room were spacious and offered us the opportunity to all sit and enjoy meals together as a group. Our family loved the game room and all the space to wander outside and explore; we had a great time sledding right in front of the lodge. The fireplace is impressive and the decorated Christmas tree gave our stay that special Colorado magic. So many memories made! Truly a special home. Thank you to our host.
