This rental was just what wr needed. It was the perfect size even with 2 families with 2 kids until 10 each. Everything was clean and the location was great. The bed was super comfy in the main room. We would def stay here again!

Granby Ranch - quiet side of RMNP

Overall good, as described. The buildings are not labeled well so it took a bit of searching and phone calls to get to our place on arrival. The property furnishings are a bit worn and the floor needs to be replaced by the dishwasher. The bed pillows could also use an update. The pool was under construction during our stay, hot tub was close to our room and clean.

Nice place, very clean and comfortable

Pros: very clean, very comfortable place, but a few minor things to improve. Cons: building not labeled with numbers and hard to locate, especially in the dark - went to the wrong 205 twice before locating the correct building; TV situation is poor - there are no instructions on use, what's available, etc - there is not cable, and nothing but free streaming so that's not really great and became quite frustrating at points

Very pleased with this unit. Couple suggestions: 1) Instructions for TV and remote would be great. We gave up after first night. 2) Recycle option should be available. 3) Hot water does not last too long for 4 adults 4) Night light in bathrooms

Great Mountain Getaway

The property was well maintained and has great amenities. We spent a week and had a great time seeing the sights and visiting Rocky Mountain National Park.

We’re a family of 6 with 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 pre-teens. This was just right for us; cozy but not too small. Clean and lovely aesthetic. Well prepped kitchen, comfortable beds, and perfect for a quiet evening as a family.

Great Vacation Rental

We really enjoyed our stay in Granby! The blue sky bunk house was perfect for out family of five. It was a great location for venturing out to Winter Park, Grand Lake and the RMNP. The area was beautiful and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful, cozy end unit! Perfect little getaway for my family. It felt like a home away from home! Bunk beds for the kids and plenty for them to do. Train tracks, magnets, board games.

Perfect Getaway Location

The condo is in the centrally located Granby Ranch with easy access to both Fraser/Winter Park and Grand Lake and RMNP. City Market is just across Highway 40 and the restaurants in Granby are just a few minutes drive away. The condo itself is thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, the beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were excellent quality. The living space is set up for everyone to be able to hang out together and is also quite comfortable. My favorite thing of all though was the hummingbird feeder on the porch. I loved sitting at the table with my coffee in the morning to watch them flit back and forth and rest on the wire of the deck lights. This was our second stay in Granby Ranch and we will definitely come back to this unit on our next trip to Colorado.

Beautiful + Clean!

Just beautiful! Everything was clean and available to use. I couldn't be happier. I wish Covid-19 had made check-in a little easier to check-in but seriously couldn't have been happier with the view - our neighbors - the town of Granby - and being so close to Hwy 40 and all of the scenery! Kicking Horse Lodge is kicking it!
