We had a great stay at Edgewater. The community is amazing and filled with kids. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We loved hanging on the property and exploring the area. The proximity to Snow Mountain and Granby Ranch and Grand Lake is amazing for kids of all ages.

Beautiful, tranquil getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and as pictured. We had everything we needed for a great stay. And we loved sitting on the deck listening to creek as the sun set over the mountains. We would definitely come back.

Peaceful & Beautiful

We loved our long weekend! The view was incredible. Even saw deer crossing the creek in the morning. If I ever come to Granby again, I will definitely book my stay here.

Cute little vacation home with a great view

The property was as advertised. We had a great stay for our family. Everything worked, and the quiet pretty location was just what we wanted. It would be too snug for more than one family at the same time.

Wonderful home

This place was everything we expected it to be after seeing the listing. A very clean home with a beautiful view of the river and in a great area. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. We had one of the best vacations we've ever had. We would definitely rent this home again.

Excellent property

This house was perfect! Fraser river is right behind the house-great views. The beds were good-comfortable living room-complete kitchen. Ground level deck and a second deck on the second floor. I will rent here again ! ZERO complaints.

Lovely and homely - TOP NOTCH

This was the cherry on the cake for our Colorado Trip this year. We loved the detailed instructions booklet for the Do's and the Don'ts. We were travelling with 2 seniors and 2 toddlers and this was an amazing choice for us, with the quiet locale, easy access to the Rockies(west-side), great views from the back patio. We did end up using the back patio for a Pizza Party with the kids to fully soak in the views in the evening. The hot tub access was great to have as we had a day to wind down post the trip to the Rockies and the kids simply loved it. The property was fully stocked for us - be it trivial things like laundry pods/ dishwasher pods or other important amenities like top rate appliances, utensils and silverware. Thank you for making this a very very memorable trip for us.

We rented this house to have a place to stay with our grown son for a few days. The house was plenty roomy for the 3 of us, very clean, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.

Granby Gem!

My family loved our stay in Granby! The house was beautiful, clean, perfect location and fully stocked with everything you needed! Loved the sound of the creek behind the house and the decks were the perfect place to bbq, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise/sunset! The house is close to everything you want. We will definitely stay here again! Loved our stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was a great vacation rental that had everything we needed while visiting from out of town. We were also extremely close to everything in town. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Happy week.

Well furnished, clean and enjoyable to stay in. Loved the creek flowing by cabin and watching the fly fishermen.. Seeing a moose from our deck was a bonus.

Great place in beautiful area

The house was everything we expected and more. Peaceful location on the Fraser river. The interior of the house is spectacular. Outside space is great and we used both decks. Location is very quiet. Didn't see much wildlife except a bald eagle. The cabin looks small on the outside but had plenty of room for 4 adults. We definitely would stay here again.

Nice cabin. Convenient location

Nice property. Equivalent to a 3 star. Some areas of the cabin were updated more than others. Could have taken more care with details such as "some bedding" and needs blinds in specific areas of the cabin for privacy. It seems as though other visits from this location us the path next to and at the rear of this specific cabin for passage to the river.

Fishing Paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and in a great location. The fly fishing in the river and ponds right in the backyard was incredible! We caught so many beautiful trout. My husband and sons loved that they could just walk right out the door and to an award winning trout river. I loved my morning coffee on the deck with the gorgeous mountain views. The downside was a very nearby train that came through at 3am several mornings but we didn't let it bother us. The pool was also under construction while we were there. But everything else made up for that. We saw amazing wildlife right around the house - a bald eagle, osprey, beaver , deer, and so much more. It was the perfect base camp for all of our adventures in RMNP and the surrounding area!

Beautiful condo and convenient location!

We stayed here to attend a wedding at the Arapaho Valley Ranch. We are not campers so this was a great alternative for us. Condo is well maintained and in a convenient location. We enjoyed exploring the area and relaxing on the deck alongside the River. Pool was under repair and closed, but that did not affect our stay.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay with our two little girls. The rental was very clean and spacious and there was so much to do in the area between spending time in both granby and grand lake as well as the Fraser area. We would definitely stay again!
