  • This condo is the perfect place for a family getaway, whether you're coming from the front range, or across the country. Winter or Summer, you will have lots of activities to choose from. Ski-in/ski-out access to family-friendly Granby Ranch including night skiing. Snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing are all available. You are also only 15 minutes away from Winter Park Ski Resort and 1.5 hours from Steamboat Springs.

    In the Summer you can take the chairlift right out the back door to miles of world-class mountain bike and hiking trails. Granby Ranch has a great 18-hole golf course and there are 2 other 18-hole courses within 10 miles. 20 minutes away is Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Grand Lake offers boating, fishing, swimming and is a great example of an unspoiled Colorado mountain town. Rocky Mountain National Park offers some of the most spectacular views in the country where you can hike the Continental Divide.

    Just steps down the road is the Fraser River which offers miles of fly fishing.

    The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that overlooks the Granby Ranch ski resort. There is a great deck to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine. We offer a stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals and save money from eating out all the time. There is a gas fireplace, TV, and Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room. High-speed WiFi is available in the unit. The master bedroom has a new (2020) king-size bed with a private 5-piece master bath. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit as well.

    The building offers a common area with Wifi, fireplace, couches, books, board games, ski lockers, heated covered parking.

    All renters staying at Granby Ranch must purchase a $ 10-day pass via credit card at the Ranch Hall to use the pool facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Great location

Location cannot be beat! Very convenient and easy for the family and great view of the slopes. Comfortable beds. Wish there were TVs in the bedrooms or even local cable TV and we had to go buy paper towels, trash bags, Kleenex etc, so bring paper products. Overall great stay!

Perfect Location!

We had a great time staying in this condo at Base Camp One. The unit was clean, fairly well stocked, and the location couldn’t be better. We had an issue with check-in but the owner was very responsive. We stayed there with our three young kids and the bunk bed was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Getaway

Escaped the heat in Boulder for three fabulous days at Granby Ranch. The location of this place is perfect. The condo is really nice, too! Fun downhill biking with no crowds.

Check in was easy with the codes. There were lots of kitchen utensils and dishes pots and pans etc. the place was nice looking, lovely master bath & the view was amazing.The only negative thing we found was where the other people park? We parked in the underground parking with a parking pass but my son/ d-in-law parked in the lot by the restaurant or across the street in the realtor lot. Both said no overnight parking. So where does anyone else park (overnight) while staying at the condo?. Other than that, the place, setting, amenities were wonderful. The host was very helpful and the lobby area was great for us. Great stay, loved it!

Excellent small town stay

2nd floor had great views, and everything was very close. Loved the garage parking, pool, and hot tub. It was clean but could use a detailed cleaning on the sofa pullout and blinds. We loved it and would stay again.

Nice apartment. Cute town. Wonderful host!

My family and I had a great time in Granby. My wife and I visited Never Summer Brewery. We took the kids to swim in Grand Lake and then to Hot Sulphur Springs. And we spent a day in Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a great stay and could have stayed longer. The apartment was exactly as promised and the host was instantly available whenver needed. I highly recommend this location.
