Great Lake Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was a little cold, but we enjoyed playing card games and had a foosball tournament. We will be back this summer to enjoy the lake!

Worlds toughest mudder trip

Everything was fantastic on our stay. Only issue was the security gate getting into the neighborhood but once it was worked out all good.

Hidden gem

My father lives in Granbury and we were unaware that this neighborhood even existed. It was very quiet the master bedroom was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice!

Nice & private home. Nice neighborhood. Home was clean. Only thing is the front door lock was a little hard to figure out when leaving, but we eventually got it figured out.

We loved this place! The house is beautiful, and the beds are so comfortable. The lake is low right now, but the boat ramp was very close to the house. The little cafe by the boat ramp has the best burgers ever. We will be back!!!

Lake House in lake Granbury

Came down for a weekend in the water with family and friends quite canal off main body of water. Easy access to boat and water. Cute clean home , could use a panty and new coffee pot but other than that we had a great time

Great location and great house!

We were in town for a wedding and shared the house with 2 other couples and it was the perfect size house for us. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very flexible with some special requests we had. Nothing fancy but very clean and cute and the price point was perfect compared to other properties in the area. The only negative was that the showers didn't get very hot but we would definitely stay here again! Also, just minutes from the Square where there is so much to enjoy.

Nice little gem

Located in a security gated subdivision, very easy to access and secure. Location offers easy access to town and other spots to visit. The property was very clean inside. There was only one amenity listed that was not available...the pod coffee maker, but there was an actual by-the-pot maker. The exterior of the property was clean, but in need of some attn...loose handrails at the steps, outside front porch lighting, back deck railing, etc.Overall, property was nice and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great stay

This house was fun! The lake being right outside was fun. We caught a couple of fish. It is very close to neighbors. We weren’t there to party so it wasn’t a big deal. It was clean with no outrageous checkout instructions.

Decent house

House was clean. Just had a few minor issues that were not bad enough to address with the property manager. The dryer does not dry. The bedroom doors do not latch and there are no wash cloths. We did purchase 2 packs to leave for the next guest. Not a bad house, just has the bare minimums on supplies in the kitchen. Great location and right on the water.

Nice location - Right on a water inlet. A bit of a gap between parking and front door which wouldn’t usually be an issue, but we had one special needs adult in a wheelchair. Was still doable with other adults to help get her up the few stairs. She LOVED the swings in the backyard, so that was an unexpected PLUS for our visit!Be careful at the gate after hours…. We lost our ID at one point and ended up with two other people’s IDs. Got it all resolved, but quite the mess…. So check your ID is truly yours before driving away!

Sisters getaway

The front of the house had my family worried about my selection. It does look a bit run down. Luckily when we stepped inside everyone was relieved. First morning we discovered the Keurig didn’t work so starting the day without coffee wasn’t good. We bought coffee ( instead of our K-cups). The light in master bath and the fan in master BR didn’t work. We could not find the blow dryer- luckily sister packed even though site said it was provided. Over-all we had an awesome stay. The beds slept good, hot water was plentiful, table for our big breakfasts cooked in the fully equipped kitchen was great It was a great getaway for our group to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday.

Clean adorable home, stellar property manager, within 10min. of downtown Granbury...

What a hidden gem—you won’t be disappointed! This VRBO was close to town/Lake Granbury, CLEAN, well stocked, reasonably priced, adorable, and even had a foosball table for the kids. Our favorite aspect of this rental was the fabulous property manager, who was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and, most importantly, accessible throughout our entire stay! There were a couple of issues that arose, but she answered our messages night or day and showed up to resolve them quickly and cheerfully—we have never had such a responsive property manager and would 100% re-rent because of her! The heads-up we would give is that the gate staff in this neighborhood can be quite unreasonable and incompetent, as is the case in many gated communities. Make sure you plan ahead to get your info in a few days prior to your stay per the property instructions so that your arrival is fast and stress-free—and keep your driver's license on you as well as the property manager’s number should the gate spell your name wrong and refuse you access. We had a great time and were thankful for the truly comfortable beds, working AC, in-unit laundry, bright updated aesthetics, and Keurig in the morning!

Amazing Family Weekend!

We loved your home and will be back! We spent the weekend exploring the lovely downtown and the evenings playing cards. I really enjoyed the space and that the back yard was fenced. We have a little who loved playing on the swings and exploring. It was nice to have the view, but not have to worry about her. BTW- She loved the geese! I also really loved the beds, they were super comfortable. Thank you so much for a great weekend of amazing memories!

This little home was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was clean, and the outdoor area was peaceful. Plenty of parking too which was important for our group. Would definitely stay again!
