Pet friendly, clean home, easy checkin and out, amenities were great. Location is superior. The lake was so relaxing, with a private dock and boats to rent. Quaint little town with lots to do with families. Definitely recommend this place!

Very pet friendly and clean house. Probably one of the more beautiful views of Granbury and the lake that there is. This was perfect for what we were looking for. I would highly recommend to any active families or people who want to get away without being too far from town.

It was a beautiful view. So clean and had everything we needed. The setup is perfect for 2 couples. We didn’t use the boat slip because it was quite a ways down, however, the launch was super close and easy to access.

The Cliffs is a lovely home with large rooms and comfortable furniture. We had a great relaxing time and the property had gorgeous views. The location was very quiet and nice. Marcus very accommodating in responding to any and all my questions. We definitely will return.

My family of 4 (2 teens) enjoyed this property very much for our 3 night stay. The views are spectacular and the location is on a very peaceful part of the lake. We enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking from the boat doc each day. We also rented a boat from the marina nearby and took the girls tubing, which they enjoyed very much. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this property and we will return on our next visit to Grandbury.

Great stay, couple things for improvement

Overall great stay, thanks for wonderful communication. Minimal things like kitchen sink only works through sprayer not faucet but still works. Stairs to lake are a HUGE deal but if everyone is physically able you’re good. It’s just such a trek that it made us not go to dock as much as we probably would have. View from house balcony is beautiful and was fantastic for the couple days there. Spa is in open so not private but still very nice to have.

Fun Christmas at the Cliff house

We had a wonderful time over Christmas. It was clean and quiet. We hung out on the dock and even kayaked. The kitchen had everything we needed. Yes there are a lot of steps to the Lake but it was a charming area. We will definitely be back.

Amazing views, great house!

We had a lovely time for our long weekend. The town is close enough by to get anything you want or find dinner but at the house it is so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking and just hanging out at the dock. Hot tub was fun addition too. Everything is clean and well stocked. Highly recommended!

Winderful

Upon arrival the house smelled so fresh and everything felt super clean. Everything was perfect until the kids checked out the dock. They lost their absolute minds over the swing into the lake, the kayaks, and the second level jumping dock. Things went from perfect to stellar in 60 seconds flat. The beds were super comfortable. We will defiantly stay here again. The only thing that could have made it better was if we could have stayed longer. The area felt safe and it was so peaceful.

Boaters steer clear

At the time we made the decision to book this property, they had pictures showing the boat dock with a place to park a boat. That is why we chose this property, because we always bring our boat. A few days before, I contacted the manager and informed him that they could just pull the straps up as I would park my boat without using them. Then I was informed that I couldn't use the boat dock and I should use the spaces at the neighborhood marina. I tried to have a reasonable discussion with the manager but he was unwilling to do so. The morning after we arrived I spent at least two hours trying to find a place to park my boat but the neighborhood security informed me that the slip at the neighborhood marina are not available to rent for just a few nights. I went to the nearest public marina and they informed me that they don't rent slips for just a few nights either. So I contacted the manager and ended up speaking to his assistant. The bottom line is that the manager was afraid the poles of the boat dock would give way and the second floor of the boat dock would collapse onto the lower level and boat if the boat was parked at the boat dock. However, we were welcome to use both levels of the boat dock for hanging out on. I explained that I would be simply tying the boat to the dock and that the dock would not be supporting any weight from the boat as it would be sitting in the water. Despite my attempts to reason with him, he refused. We had to launch and retrailer all weekend.

Spring Break

The property was very nice! It rained during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the lake and hot tub since the dock and patio were covered! The house had everything we needed! There are a lot of steps to get to the dock so you will definitely get your exercise in 😀

Wonderful peaceful stay

We stayed in Grandbury December 14-16. The home was a gorgeous, quiet, and fully equipped! The beds were especially comfortable. We hosted a luncheon for our daughter’s college graduation with 18 people. There was plenty of room for people to spread out and still be close together. We loved the balconies, hot tub and the walk down to the dock! It was extra special to stay during the holidays and enjoy the neighborhood lights and our host even had a Christmas tree in the home. I would stress to get then names of every guest to the host/security as soon as possible to make entry to the gated neighborhood seamless. Our host gave us clear instructions on how to do this but we encountered a small glitch with security. However, I contacted our host and he immediately got us help and was so friendly! We would definitely stay here again!
