El apartamento está muy bien y completamente equipado, pero de las dos terrazas una es poco utilizable ya que no queda en el mismo apartamento y tienes que salir fuera de él para acceder a la terraza

The apartment is at a great location, wanted to be somewhere less touristic. The owner sent us plenty of information about the apartment and the surrounding area, shops, how to get to those places. By the way there is a small shopping place with grocery shop just right where the complex is, 1-2 mins walk away. Also, the lady who helps running the accommodation is very helpful and kind. As I was travelling with my elderly mum it was important to have an elevator wherever we would stay and this complex has that extra as well. Ocean beach is 10-15 mins walk (with elderly person), with a car you can be at the heart of more touristic spots - and less windy beaches- in 20-30 mins. We used the terraces most of the time when in the apartmant. Well equipped place, kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Having your own parking space was a bonus. Altogether we enjoyed our stay. For my comfort the bed was too soft for my back so I slept on the sofa instead which was firmer. I hope to visit Tenerife again and I would stay here if travelling with others.

Gerne wieder!

Es war eine super Anlage und auch die Wohnung hat gehalten, was sie versprach. Der größere der beiden Balkone ist zwar einmal rüber über den Flur zu erreichen, aber das war nach kurzer Eingewöhnung, überhaupt kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und noch mehr und in einem Top Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren echt begeistert! Auch die Nähe zum Flughafen war für uns überhaupt kein Nachteil…eher im Gegenteil. Der Sandstrand ist schnell zu erreichen und wirklich schön weitläufig.

Expérience globalement positive. Les 2 terrasses représentent un énorme avantage. Petit point négatif: la vaisselle disponible est un peu juste; par ex. 2 verres de vin. Heureusement nous n'étions que 2 pers.!

Heerlijk appartement op een goede locatie

Appartementencomplex ziet er goed verzorgd uit en werd goed onderhouden, heerlijk zwembad. Eigen parkeerplek in de ondergrondse parkeergarage. Het appartement heeft wel aandachtspunten die verbetert kunnen worden. Gordijnen ontbreken, vooral in de slaapkamer m.b.t. privacy. Er zijn wel rolluiken (die trouwens niet goed werken, je moet eraan trekken om ze naar beneden te krijgen blijven ondanks het koord een beetje hangen) maar die hadden wij in de nacht open vanwege de warmte. Een hor zou handig zijn, heel veel vliegen op balkon en binnen. Geen kussens voor de stoelen op het grote balkon, de kussens op kleine balkon zijn aan vervanging toe. Ovenhandschoenen ontbreken, stofzuiger werkt niet goed. Op de site staat dat er een airconditioning is maar daar kun je alleen in overleg met de eigenaar gebruik van maken. Hij programmeerde dat vanuit Duitsland in. Wij vonden dat helemaal niets, soms wilde we hem uit maar dan moet je weer contact opnemen met de eigenaar. Aantal voorzieningen die op de site staan ontbraken; toiletpapier, handzeep, shampoo, computermonitor. Harde matrassen maar dat is persoonlijk. Geen incheck info moesten hier de avond voor vertrek zelf achteraan, kregen later een link met allerlei info. Een andere contactpersoon dan Luci (wel door haar aangegeven) wachtte ons op maar die liet ons binnen en zei daar liggen de sleutels. Totaal geen uitleg moesten zelf alles uitzoeken.

Good place pour un long séjour

Comme à la maison ! Nous avons quitter avec un pincement au cœur tellement nos vacances ont été délicieuses ✨l’appartement parfait emplacement top seul petit truc la clime n’est accessible que sur demande mais le propriétaire l’active à la demande . Peut être faudrait il que la clime soit mise en libre accès. Cela n’a pas empêché de passer de très bonne vacances et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Voiture de location obligatoire

Running vacation

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Not far to the airport (there was nearly any noise disturbing from the airport) and supermarket + beach few hundred meters away. The view from the front balcony isn't that nice, mainly greenhouses, but together with the second balcony you always can be in the sun if you want to. We would come again :)

Super fijn appartement!

Wij hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Wij houden van rust ( geen grote hotels) en dit was voor ons een prima locatie .Alles is aanwezig, prima badkamer ,keuken en slaapkamer. Persoonlijk houden wij van een groter kussen maar t bed sliep prima! Op de terrassen was t prima vertoeven, zo ook bij het zwembad. Hier moet je zelf een strandbedje oid voor meenemen.Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en gebruik gemaakt van de garage, de bus stopt echter bij t complex zodat je alle kanten uitkan. Bij de buurtsuper kan je oa vers brood halen, voor ons voldoende diverse eetgelegenheden, in de buurt. Een aantal wandelingen gemaakt die de de verhuurder op YouTube heeft staan. De fotoos van de advertentie zijn niet helemaal meer up to date, er is een nieuw bed en er staat een bureautje in de kamer en de slaapkamer, maar dit alles dus ten goede! Wij raden dit appartement ten zeerste aan en zouden dit zeker weer boeken voor een verblijf op Tenerife!

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Anlage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Teide ist sehr schön. Der nahgelegene Flughafen hat uns nicht gestört. Auch die 2. Terasse ist tagsüber zum sonnen sehr gut geeignet. Die Anlage incl. des grossen Pools ist sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Alle Fragen wurden schnell und zur Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Alles in allem ein rundrum gelungener Urlaub.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit...

haben wir auf Teneriffa verbracht. Die schöne helle Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage ganz in der Nähe vom Strand, mit Meerblick, Flughafen (stört sehr wenig) und einer Einkaufszeile mit kleinen Restaurants. Es fahren regelmäßig Busse nach El Medano und über die Insel. Empfehlen würde ich jedoch einen Mietwagen.

Wunderbare Zeit in einer schön gelegenen Wohnung

4 Wochen war unser Aufenthalt auf Teneriffa und wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Es gibt zwei Balkone zur Auswahl. Je nach Sonnenstand haben wir mal den einen im Schatten oder den anderen im Schatten gehabt. Die Wohnung liegt in der dritten Etage (mit Aufzug) und hat einen weitläufig offen Blick auf den Vulkankegel Teide, hinüber auf den Flugplatz und von dort in die Weite der Südostinsel bis zum Meer. Sollten wir wieder Urlaub haben, wir kommen bestimmt zurück.

Our Stay

We had a really nice time in Tenerife, unfortunately, we could not stay in this property due to a bathroom leak, fortunately, we were able to stay in a different apartment in the same block arranged by the owner and the agent. I cannot comment on this particular apartment. If we had not been offered this though, it could have gone horribly wrong for us. We had a nice time and the area is perfect if you want to stay away from the traditional holiday resort. There is an excellent supermarket and the instructions Ulrich provided us were just perfect.

Man macht Urlaub in einer fremden Wohnung und man vermisst nichts... Umfangreiche Ausstattung in der Küche und auf den Balkonen, feste Matratzen. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage, sauberer Pool. Bushaltestelle an der Anlage vorhanden, Auto empfehlenswert, Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Fijn appartement op loopafstand van de zee

Heerlijke week gehad. Fijn appartement. Communicatie was uitstekend. Fijn dat er twee terrassen zijn. Het zwembad is sun heated, dus in deze tijd van het jaar niet heel erg warm. Toch hebben we elke dag erin gezwommen. Strand en winkels op loopafstand. Kortom, een fijn verblijf gehad

A fantastic winter break

A lovely apartment, clean and spacious and equipped with all you need plus a few extras - store cupboard bits, cleaning products and toilet rolls to name a few. The two terraces meant we were able to enjoy the winter sunshine for most of the day, the larger of the terraces was accessed by another door from outside of the apartment but this did not prove to be much of a problem. Good WIFI access meant we were able to watch some films on the cool winter evenings and listen to UK radio. Chromecast is provided but as we were not familiar with it we used our own alternative. The apartment is in a safe and gated complex and maintained to a high standard. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean and enticing. Location is very close to the airport, we did not find this a problem- there was no noise disturbance and it was entertaining watching the flights land and depart. Taxi transfer cost us about 20euro. The area was new to us and we found it very relaxing, no hustle or bustle of a tourist areas, a small but good selection of bars and resteraunts and a small but well stocked supermarket within a two minute walk. Also close by was a big and beautiful spanse of natural beach, an area of which is a designated naturist beach!! A pleasant walk to the resort of El Medano took about 30 minutes and we used the local bus service to Los Abrigos in the opposite direction where we enjoyed a lovely walk on the newly developed walk way/board walk along the coast towards Golf del Sur and the marina. Communication with the owner was very good, he provided us with all necessary information before we left home and were aware we would be met at the apartment on arrival, as promised we were met by Lucie who showed us around the apartment and gave advised regarding the area, her contact details were left in the event further advise was needed. Lucie was very helpful on our departure, we were unable to get a taxi to the airport at the local taxi stand, we called Lucie who arranged one for us immediately. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation - My only disappointment is that the apartment is already booked up for January next year ☹.

Super Appartment nahe der wunderschöne Tejita Strand

Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet, letzter 3te Stock, dadurch wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Caldera mit Teide Gipfel. 15min vom Flughafen, 200m vom Strand, 100m vom Einkaufszentrum und einige Geshäftslokale. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung im Inet entsprechen genau die Wahrheit. Eigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage schätz man wenn alle Parkplätze vor der Wohnungsanlage belegt sind. Der nahe gelegene Tejita Sandstrand ist einer der schönsten Naturstrände auf Teneriffa. Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge am Strand sind unvergesslich. Ein Teil des Strandes kann für FKK benutzt werden . Die Kommunikation mit Hr. Mester ist hervorragend, er wird Euch viele nützliche Tips für einen wunderschönes Aufenthalt geben. Wir haben uns wohl gefüllt und können wir Euch das Appartment empfehlen.
