Best view of Granada, Alahambra, Sierra Nevada

The apartment was perfect- the rooftop, bedrooms, baths, kitchen. The view was amazing. Access to everything that Granada has toffee AND Chezmoi staff was incredible. Highly recommend!

Great Penthouse

This apartment is very well located and comfortable. Plenty of nice places to eat and have fun in the surroundings. It has everything you may need and more. The communication with the agency was efficient and its response always prompt. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location

There were some positive and negative surprises. The outdoor area is not directly off the living area, requires a climb up to another level. But on that level is another living area and bathroom I do not believe was disclosed. Bonus! Team was responsive to AC not working, Communication could have been better (wrong wifi password, lack of instruction on AC etc required extra effort to figure out) Overall nice stay.

Solid Stay

Good stay with a clean and as advertised property that actually exceeded expectations because it occupied the whole top floor and the whole rooftop terrace was private. Chezmoi let us drop our bags at their main office at no charge while we waited for the unit to be ready. They also arranged transportation to the airport and were very responsive to a WhatsApp number given upon check in. Just don't expect concierge type Vrbo experience. Four stars because the booking experience was really stressful - Gmail flags their payment email and link as a potential scam and it was really hard to get a hold of Chezmoi to confirm the booking. Limited communication and instructions until the day of check in.

In the heart of town with a great view

Things started out a bit rough. Our greeting by host was lackluster at best. After dragging our suitcases through the dirt of the torn up street and construction right outside of the apartment (with absolutely no attempt by the young man to offer help. Good thing we are strong woman)we made it up to a beautiful apartment. AC was not working and opening the windows during construction was not an option. Luckily we could open up the apartment at night and enjoy the cool are. Our request for a coffee maker fell on deaf ears but the young woman we dealt With about more towels and the eventually fixed AC (on day 2) was very cheerful and seemed to be trying her best to take care of us.The apartment is lovely and the dust could not be avoided with all the construction.The back bathroom has a spectacular view but no curtains so absolutely no privacy. Location was great and apartment is lovely and with some of these management issues taken care of we would recommend this place.

Great Granada location!

Great Granada location. Our check in was a little difficult as the lady that met us spoke no english at all. It appeared we might have been the first guests of the season as some items like HVAC and the rooftop terrace were not ready for our arrival and were somewhat of a struggle throughout our stay. However, this apartment had everything we needed for two traveling couples to see the sights in Granada. The beds were comfortable (1 Queen size in each of the 2 bedrooms; sofa bed available upstairs by the terrace) and the bathrooms were clean. Please note that one of the bathrooms has no window coverings at all and the window faces much of the downtown and Alhambra area. There was a very nice kitchen for doing our own cooking and plenty of markets nearby. Being downtown in a University town it also has a very vibrant evening and nightlife, but it was amazingly quiet in the late evening/overnight. Seeing the Alhambra and other sights was convenient, and taxi service is easy to obtain.

"WONDERFUL" Marcus Joonseok (Corea del sur) I am very familiar with using this airbnb and actually her apartmemt was one of the best that I have ever stayed so far. Location is wonderful. View from the rooftop is amazing. Interior and furniture are perfect for staying. Also her hosting was always good and timely. If I have a chance to visit Granada, I will definitely choose and book this nice penthouse again.

Luxurious accommodations in perfect location

Perhaps the nicest HomeAway apartment we have ever stayed. The location is perfect, situated close to the cathedral and a 20 min walk to the Alhambra. Lots of great plazas and restaurants nearby. The views are amazing. The cathedral and Alhambra can be seen from the beautiful terrace. The apartment is well appointed and everything is brand new. There is also a bonus area upstairs for teenagers to relax away from parents. It’s a bit pricey but you get a lot. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Granada.
