"Prior to arriving, and after arrival, communication from the friendly staff was very informative and helpful. The location is on a very high end, exclusive part of the Island. "About a 20 minute walk to SGU. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting a student or the campus. Offers a shared washer and dryer, but the washer cycle does take quite a bit. Has all the essentials needed in the kitchen. The TV does turn on but does not have features to use. I suggest bringing a laptop that has an HDMI port if you want to use the TV. "
