Walk to grand anse beach was 45 minutes and shorter if you hop on local bus for 1us dollar. Mini markets and restaurants within walking distance. Large kitchen and common area. We ate our meals and spent our evenings on the large covered deck. Recommend this property."

"The property appears to be a typical grenada home, perched on a hill. It is within walking distance of the Spice Island Marine Services boatyard where we were comissioning the boat. Best however to have a car rented, as the location is close to the number 1 bus but up a long hill. We were hoping to extent 10 days but the place was booked on the requested extension dates. "This is a spacious property located very near the airport with great road access to all local areas, ideal for getting to the beach, great restaurants, supermarkets etc. The house is situated on a hill slope which is breezy and benefits from cooling winds blowing through. "Great place. Kids enjoyed the kayaks and easy access to the bay. This is the bottom unit of a stacked duplex, but we didn’t hear the upstairs neighbors unless we were outside on deck. The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been nice to have more information at the residence about the island (I.e. good beaches to visit, recommendations on restaurants, things to do, etc)."
