We had to unexpectedly stay an extra day last minute and because there was no one coming in on the day we were supposed to leave we got to add an additional day. It was the easiest process. Janet responded timely and was so helpful!!!"

"Looks small on the outside but roomy on the inside they supply everything you need for a beach trip or grill out. outside is fence for the pets and even has a table and fan for you all hard floors through out so clean up is a breeze 10/10 would go again "

"I stayed here over Labor Day weekend with my daughter who goes to CCU & a friend. The property was perfect! I arrived really late the night of check-in. I asked the host if it was possible to turn on outside lights. He had them on plus some inside lights for me, which I greatly appreciated. It was VERY clean & spacious. It was literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, which was nice too. It was about a 5 minute walk to the restaurants in Surfside. I would 100% stay here again. Thanks for a...

"This was perfect for our family - 2 adults, 1 teen, 2 small dogs. We (and our nosey dogs) especially loved the fully enclosed porch at night. We had plenty of room. The kitchen and living area were nice and spacious. Very clean as well. We will rent this place again. "
