Teníamos una Petrona en silla de ruedas y nos dieron un apartamento para ello.Nos guardaron la habitación, el apartamento impecable aparte que todo es nuevo excelente microondas grill Lavavagillas todos los utensilios el acceso estaba al a entrada y al lado del ascensor por si dejas el coche en el garaje aunque siempre hay aparcamiento fuera y al lado de la entrada cada habitación tiene un enorme televisor con acceso a canales internacionales y españoles e inclusive puedes accedes a aplicaciones de canales privados o con el teléfono y además con un potente wifi El bufet de desayuno muy bien mucha variedad cereales panes bollaría inclusive ordenas huevos tortillas a la minut a tu gusto el personal súper amable excelente máquina de café expresos machismos capuchinos café recién molido y estupendo café la verdad lo que apetece por la mañana un buen café expresó El acceso a la piscina tipo chill out genial ascensor piscina está en la parte alta socorrista todo el tiempo allí el sr muy amable piscina panorámica hacia el mar En la recepción todos muy amables el servicio técnico como la sra de la limpieza si necesitas algo tardas más en llamar que ellos en llegar y solucionar tu petición mi agradecimiento a Diego se encargó de todo y siempre muy atento a cómo estábamos y si necesitábamos cualquier cosa Al final que prolongamos a salir más tarde y el nos lo organizo también ósea muy muy contentos Excelente equipo y personal excelentes.seguro que volveremos

Nos alojamos en un apartamento Deluxe con piscina privada. Ideal para descansar. Buen trato del personal. Limpieza diaria. Zona muy tranquila. Dispone de restaurante (El Refectorio de Ágata) especializado en carnes. El único fallo que encontramos es que en la zona de la piscina hay un pasillo que conecta con todos los apartamentos y le resta privacidad.

Nos hicieron esperar en el Check in hasta las 15,15h porque todavía la vivienda no estaba preparada. Medidas Covid-19 Cero. La única medida que tienen es firmar papeles cuando llegas y ahora pague la factura. Comuniqué en Recepción hasta en 2 ocasiones que el agua de la piscina estaba muy fría y no hicieron nada al respecto. Conexión WiFi pésima, no llega a la planta superior. Tienen un mando de TV con Netflix y Prime Video y no lo tienen conectado. Vecinos ruidosos en la piscina gritando y armando escándalo sin respetar el descanso de los demás. Entorno del establecimiento en construcción, cosa que no te advierten en la página web y la sorpresa te la llevas cuando llegas allí y ves los camiones entrando y saliendo. Limpieza mínima, hacen las camas y poco más. La cocina ni la tocan. Publicidad engañosa. Le faltan muchos servicios y muchas cosas que mejorar. 3 días de vacaciones que teníamos y nos las han arruinado. No tienen la categoría de un 5 estrellas. Son demasiadas estrellas para lo que ofrecen y muy poca consideración con el cliente. La Cadena Cordial decepcionante. En lugar de cuidar al cliente debido a la poca presencia turística que hay en la isla, están más preocupados en facturar que en dar un buen servicio al cliente. Por todo ello, pondré una reclamación en Consumo.

The Santa Águeda Resort is actually great and would easily deserve five stars - however there are issues with the beach club. First of all, though it is advertised together, these are separate entities. While you get access to the beach club - this depends not only on availability but is limited to weekdays that are not holidays. Also while the beach club in itself is great and the staff try their best there are some issues there with clear communication and reception. It should be noted that the restaurants except for the breakfast buffet are all inside the beach club too and If the beach club is full you’re a bit out of luck there. All of that is sad because otherwise the Resort is great - though the nearby cement plant can be a bit of a downturned. I’d come here again but would advise they straighten out the beach club situation soon.

A very lovely place. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Sadly only the Perchel main restaurant was open during our stay but the food and service were excellent. The apartments are very well equiped and the Spar on site is immaculate. Only problem was lack of hooks for towels and robes in the bathroom. Also the first floor walkway should have a 'no football' sign as our last 2 mornings were disturbed by children playing loudly outside our apartment

Die Anlage war top, da gibt es nichts zu meckern! Allerdings ist es definitiv kein Familienhotel, es gibt nur eine kleine Poolanlage für alle Hotelgäste und dann noch den "Beachclub" (so der große Pool genannt, hat nix mit Strand zutuen) wo wir zwar aufgrund eines Gutscheins freien Eintritt hatten, aber Anscheinend bei einigem Tarifen extra bezahlt werden muss. Desweiteren herrschten schärfere Regeln als in jedem Bootcamp, der Bademeister war ständig nur dabei mit seiner Trillerpfeife die Gäste zurechtzuweisen. Auch das der beworbene Kinderwasserspielplatz sich abseits hinter den Gebäute befindet und es da auch keine Liege o. Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt, ist alles andere als Familienfreundlich! Desweiteren hatten drei der fünf Restaurants nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Aber ein absolutes No-Go für ein Fünf Sterne Hotel war, das keine Amex Zahlung möglich war. Bei Preisen die fast in fünfstellige gehen, setzte ich das voraus.

The accommodation was perfect and the Perchel beach club was amazing. There was daily house cleaning service which was great. Staff were very helpful and courteous. I had asked for 2 hour delay in checkout on the day of departure as our flight was in the evening. However, this was not communicated to me in time despite making contact twice which was the only minor hiccup in otherwise a perfect stay. I will definitely recommend this place.

Perfekt boende för två familjer!
Vi reste med vår dotters familj och deras lilla tjej på 7 månader. Hade en lägenhet "classic-delen" med ett mycket välutrustat kök. Allt man behövde för att fixa frukost och middag fanns.Två våningar med två toaletter. Perfekt för två kompispar eller generationsboende. Nära upp till centrum där mycket välsorterade butiker fanns. Även liten butik på hotellområdet som hade "det nödvändigaste" Helt klart värt att återkomma till!

Helt ok hotell
Bra hotell med en underbar restaurant. Rummet vi hade var stort med en liten uteplats. Till och med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. 2 toaletter men tyvärr var det kackerlackor på båda. Toastolarna var osäkra att sitta på - känns som att de skulle lyfta från golvet. rengöring varje dag men tyvärr ingen bra rengöring - de var väldig slarviga. Men vi tyckte dock om att vara på hotellet och att besöka beachklubben som låg bredvid. Det är gratis om du inte kommer på en helg eller helgdagar.

In general, everything was great. Access without a car is a bit difficult, but in general, this hotel is recommended for large families. دسترسی بدون خودرو کمی مشکل است اما به طور کلی برای خانواده های پر جمعیت این هتل پیشنهاد میشود. Die Anfahrt ohne Auto ist etwas schwierig, aber generell ist dieses Hotel für große Familien zu empfehlen.

Ein Resort, welches eher abgelegen ist. Dafür natürlich eher ruhig und nicht typisch touristisch. Nächste kleinere Stadt ist innert 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Nächst grössere Stadt ca. 10min mit dem Auto. Generell empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu mieten um die Insel richtig erkunden zu können. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit eigenem Pool, welches sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber war. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Restaurant vor Ort. Haben einmal dort gegessen, dann nie wieder. Haben 90min aufs Essen gewartet und danach wurde uns das Essen kalt serviert. Sind danach immer in anderen Städten essen gegeangen.

Amazing people
We stayed in pool villas, mid September and the weather was still warm. The resort and villa was amazing, the staff there is what make this place special, from the greeting and walking you to your villa to the house keeping staff everywhere they were so friendly. 15 minutes walk to the local town and the adjoining beach club is beautiful and food was pricey but top quality. For comparison we spit our stay in two different 5 star accommodation(2nd stay in the Radisson) the Radisson doesn’t even come close.

SUBLIMISSIME Nous avons énormément voyager, mais là zero défauts (les palaces que nous avons fréquenté devraient effectuer un stage de perfectionnement dans ce resort..quel splendide hôtel incroyable..fantastico..10/10 Nous avons séjourner dans ce resort 12 jours est avons étaient émerveillés par la gentillesse et le service du personnels ils sont été au-delà de nos attentes ..est aux petits soins.Il y a une superbe piscines au bord de plage avec une vue panoramique spectaculaire au calme avec musique douce .l'hôtel est extrêmement beau, très propre, les jardins entretenus avec excellence. Le resort est éloigné de tout dans une impasse. pas de passage comme les megastructure hôtelière style horrible usine à touristes et heureusement.possibilité de louer une voiture dans le resort, tout vous pousse à être relax au calme et heureux sans vous pousser à la consommation . Très bons cocktails et alcools de bonne qualités. Chambre très grande. Cet hôtel luxueux est très bien adapté pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Les chambres sont belles et bien exposés et réparties pour l intimité( ce qui n'est pas le cas dans beaucoup d hôtels), avec toutes les facilités d'équipements ... full options 👍 C'était vraiment super. tout le personnels sont disponibles et aimables très serviables ,souriants et très avenants, un gros coup de coeur pour la serveuse Noubia au restaurant et Francisco a la réception quelle joie de vivre , les réceptionnistes de la piscine au top..les seco

Veldig fint, nytt hotell
Veldig fint, nytt anlegg som helt klart anbefales. Vi bodde i en classic leilighet. Den hadde to fine soverom og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tv i stuen og på begge soverommene. Fine opparbeidete hager og fine fellesarealer. Meget bra gym og Spar-butikk sentralt på området. To basseng. Et for voksne og et barnebasseng, på taket av classic leilighetene. Vær oppmerksom på at veldig mange av bildene Hotels.com og andre bookingselskaper bruker er fra Perchel Beach Club som ligger foran hotellanlegget. Perchel Beach Club er veldig stilig og også velegnetfor barn, men er ikke en del av hotellet. Da vi var der i desember 2022 hadde imidlertid hotellet en avtale om at alle beboere på hotellet kunne bruke beachcluben gratis bortsett fra lørdag og søndag. Det er greit å ha leiebil når en bor på hotellet, da det ligger litt i utkanten av Arguenegin. En bruker ca. 10-15 minutter til Amadores og Puerto Rico i bil. Ellers er det nylaget strandpromenade fra hotellet helt inn til Arguenegin. Det tar ca. 15-20 minutter å spasere til Sjømannskirken.

Prachtig resort, we hadden 'n appartement met zeezicht, dagelijkse schoonmaak. Snelle en zeer vriendelijke service van personeel bij vragen. Spar, gym en gameroom aanwezig op het resort. Beachclub Perchel op het resort is het bezoeken waard. Wel aan te raden om een auto te huren als je de rest van het eiland wilt zien. Taxi's zijn niet duur, voor kleine ritten goed te doen.

Super mooi verblijf . Iedere dag kwamen de dames schoonmaken , tevens werden er dan schone handdoeken neergelegd. Bedden werden ook nog opgemaakt . Echt een dikke toen voor deze accommodatie.
