"The hotel is extremely modern and clean, and aside from a few technical issues with the ID card, the access gates and doors are easy to use. Pods are well air-conditioned, clean, and comfortable. The communal bathroom is extremely clean."

"The lower ground, no window bedrooms are no bigger than cabin rooms. The beds are blocked in, so if you are tall you will struggle to sleep in the beds. No shelves or side tables because there is no room for them. The aircon kept making loud noises. The walls of the room were very dirty. The bathroom is a toilet and shower combined. The water gets everywhere. I paid £325 for a basement room with no window, in an extremely small room. It was not with the money at all. We wouldn’t stay there...

"I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!"
