"Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. "Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...

"Just like the last time, our stay has been amazing. The owner, never fail to get back on us quick if we have any concerns or favor to ask. The place is clean and very peaceful. You can hear the oceanwaves and of course, the sunrise is perfect from my bedroom. My family and I will surely book this place for my birthday celebration. "Our stay was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating for our crew which changed at the last minute due to flight cancellations. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We had everything we needed at the house and plenty of room for all of us. Check in was simple and straightforward and the house (and entire property) was clean and well maintained! The kids enjoyed the pool and the games in the pool house! We will definitely be back! "

"Beautiful property and our family had a wonderful time. They had everything we needed for our stay. Not having to bring beach towels saved us a lot of room in our bags too! "The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

"I would definitely recommend staying at this unit! The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the things you need for an amazing beach vacation. The common areas and gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool was fantastic. Make sure to go to La Roc (restaurant on premises) for great food, drinks and live music. "

"Hosts were great, very helpful and communication was very responsive and helpful. Location is central and easy cab ride or beach walk to other attractions, restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly. Pool was nice. Restaurant at the property was very good only played music pretty loud each night so hard to hang out at night unless you could deal with the music. Overall would definitely recommend for price, location, accommodations and ease of navigating and great hosts. "

The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house.
