This waterfront home with a dock is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located across the street from the airport at Possum Kingdom Lake. This private home has a wood-burning fireplace, central air and heat, high-speed WiFi, a screened-in porch, and fabulous lake views from the kitchen, living, and dining rooms.

The home is less than 8 miles from Rocker-B-Ranch.

Laminate wood planks cover all the floors. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest bath has a step-in shower. The home has central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, gas range, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and refrigerator. The living area has a smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, and YouTubeTV. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin-size bunk bed.

A boat can be tied to the private dock. Our water access has a sandy bottom, which is excellent for water activities.

Free access to Toy Shed with paddle boat, kayaks, bikes, and yard games. Toy Shed agreement is signed with the VRBO reservation.
