A truly relaxing vacation in our lakeside idyll—House 4, located right on beautiful Lake Möhlau. The vacation rental offers approximately 85 square meters of living space and has its own entrance. A long hallway, decorated in a nautical theme, leads to the living room, the two bedrooms, and the kitchen. From the kitchen, you can access two separate bathrooms. Two bedrooms, filled with heavenly tranquility and the sounds of the forest, invite you to dream. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed. A crib is also available. The spacious living room, with a light-filled round bay window, offers a direct view of the lake. Relax on the modern, high-quality furniture and feel right at home. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. You can also enjoy the direct view of the lake from your private natural terrace, complete with patio furniture. On the two Hollywood swings, you can simply let your mind wander. A fire pit is available for a cozy end to the day. At Seeidyll Möhlau, you’ll be treated to delicious homemade ice cream, coffee, and cake, as well as hearty dishes from our grill station. Everything is freshly prepared by us and offered in a variety of options. Enjoying these treats on our lakeside terrace with a direct view of the lake guarantees that vacation vibe. West of the town of Gräfenhainichen lies Lake Möhlau, idyllically nestled among pine forests. The lake, with its gently sloping shoreline featuring a sandy beach and sunbathing lawn, is laid out in terraces. In addition to a fishing lodge, its shores are home to a nature campground and two bungalow complexes. The spacious “Seeidyll Möhlau” vacation resort is located on the grounds of the Möhlau natural outdoor swimming area. An approximately 100-meter-long pier with a diving tower attracts anglers and adventure seekers alike. FERROPPOLIS—the City of Iron—is located 5 km from Seeidyll Möhlau. The open-air museum of industrial history on the peninsula in Lake Gremmin is also a popular event venue. Surrounding Lake Möhlau are numerous other lakes that offer excellent recreational opportunities. Lake Goitzsche, in particular, is only about 13 kilometers away and is well worth a visit thanks to its wide range of recreational offerings and diverse activities. Other lakes in the region include, for example, Lake Sollnitz (about 4 km away), “Die Gurke” in Zschornewitz (about 4 km), Lake Gremmin (about 5 km), and Lake Gröberner (about 8 km). In nearby Wolfen, there’s plenty to explore: an industrial and film museum, a recreational pool, and the Campus-Erlebniswelt with a climbing tower, ice rink, and archery range. The Bauhaus city of Dessau is about a 20-minute drive away, and Lutherstadt Wittenberg is about a 40-minute drive away. Located between Dessau and Wittenberg is the Dessau-Wörlitz Garden Realm, a culturally significant landscape in Saxony-Anhalt that is renowned throughout Europe, consisting of several buildings and landscape parks modeled after the English style. In the Dübener Heide Nature Park, a natural landscape shaped by the Ice Age awaits you, combined with a fascinating cultural landscape.
