"The accommodation does not face the pedestrian zone as the address suggests but a large busy road called Suedring which is very noisy, as they clearly know from the ear plugs they supply. It’s impossible to open the windows because of that noise. But this is not advertised. Ruhige Anwohnerstrasse, wunderbarer Blick über einen geplegten Garten ins Grüne, ins Ruhrtal. Alles sehr sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet. "Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen. Auch der Kontakt über Fewodirekt war freundlich und informativ. Von Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, kleiner Spülmaschine, genügend Decken, Putzmittel etc. ist alles vorhanden. Sogar Tee, Kaffeekapseln und Toilettenpapier war genügend da. Das ist selten in Ferienwohnungen. Die Klimaanlage ist super. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch , dass das Ein- und Auschecken ohne Vermieter über einen Schlüsselsafe möglich ist.Wir...
