Jethro was a very good host. The location was outstanding. It was a four minute walk through the jungle to a beautiful turquoise beach. There are more trees than the pictures show.

Good location. Beach was right across street and beautiful! Jethro was super friendly and gave us lots of tips. Lots of restaurants close by. Reminder that roads here are NOT great to travel on (POT HOLES that would fit bodies). We were not warned of this. Upgrade your rental car- you want an SUV! Bring cash!

We had a great time, everything was nearby. Beach access right across the street. Resteraunts nearby and in the center of the island. Jethro is amazing and so helpful, we would come back in a heartbeat!Make sure to use the pool and enjoy the stars.

What an oasis!

Tradewinds was just what we needed as a spot of relaxation before a big wedding. Jethro was so considerate and came by to make sure our stay was going well and to find out if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed the home with comfortable beds and clean refreshing pool. The 3 min walk on the sand path through the palm trees opening to the breathtaking Atlantic beach was a bonus. We hope to come again!

We could not have been happier with the house, pool and pool-house. The location was amazing and Jethro was always more than helpful. Highly recommend this property to anyone lucky enough to stay in Eleuthera!

Paradise

Tradewinds was ideal for us. Frequent visitors to Eleuthera we know the area quite well. The house is perfect for lounging or entertaining family who are staying at nearby resorts. We will be back for more long walks on The Bahamas best beaches.

Just chill

Great property, easy access, and great host. Jethro added to the enjoyment of our trip by giving us tips on locations, activities, restaurants, shopping, and even helping us with our drinking water. He did not have to be as attentive and kind as he was, but he was anyway. We were warned about power outages but didn’t have any problems during our stay. The path and beach walk to Tippys was a great experience. We recommend.

Graduation Celebration

Had an amazing time at Tradewinds. Great location. Plenty of space to spread out. Everything we needed was there, and Tippy’s was right down the road. Communication with Jethro was excellent. The pool was an added bonus after along day exploring beaches.

AMAZING!

Words can’t describe how beautiful and tranquil the beaches are on Eleuthera. The Trade Winds house is a great central location to adventure out or simply stay in and relax on one of two balcony's. Easy walk (just across the street) over to pink sand beaches and within walking distance to Tippy's restaurant and bar. Nothing tops our host, Jethro, who is a wealth of information about the island and so kind to help when needed. We can’t wait to return next year! We will definitely book with Jethro again!

Bahamian paradise

We had a great stay at Trade Winds during our second visit to Eleuthera. The beach right across from the property is arguably the best on the island! Jethro was an excellent host and very helpful / communicative. Would recommend!

An Unforgettable Experience

comfortable,spacious, well equipped, property well manicured, pool and poolhouse well maintained. Overall,the property is wonderful.My only regret is that I was unable to spend a longer time at the Tradewinds.

Secluded Paradise!

This is an incredible getaway. The house has everything we needed to cook and bake, including a grill. There are times when the power on the island is out so the grill was really handy. The beach is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen and most days we were the only ones there. Jethro was always available if we needed him and very friendly! We hope to be back to this magical place soon.

Relaxing one week stay at Tradewinds

Great location on Banks Rd with short walk to a stunning beach. House was clean and comfortable and the pool was relaxing and spotless. Jethro could not have been nicer and provided wonderful recommendations for fun and interesting trips and restaurants. Great guy!
