Eleuthera Governors Harbor Vacation

Wonderful stay! Apartment had all necessary creature comforts. Dom met us when we arrived and gave us some insight about the area. We really enjoyed the laid back nature of the island. Beaches are spectacular! Tippy’s, Buccaneer’s Club, La Bougainvillea! We will be back!!!!

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and small soft-sided cooler daily. We were able to cook multiple meals in the kitchen. The property managers were very friendly, helpful and communicative. The apartment is on the edge of a neighborhood there is a local restaurant/bar behind - a lot of locals gather and hang out there nightly, and it can get a little loud sometimes until the early morning hours. Nothing that can’t be resolved with some ear plugs or a noise maker - we would still stay here again!

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved the condo at Anchor Pointe. It was beautifully decorated, air conditioned, and very clean! The view of the turquiose water was nice! The only negative is there were lots of people in and out of the house/?restaurant next door and we could hear them at all hours of the day. We brought an sound machine with us and this was enough to cover that noise though! Highly recommend renting a car and booking boat tours in advance. There were none available the time frame we were there. We will definitely be back!

Great unit, super clean and comfortable!

Super clean unit, located right in Governor's Harbour. Everything we needed was included. Can walk to grocery, dining, and beach, but a car is recommended to fully enjoy the sights of Eleuthera.

Paradise

Words can’t describe our stay at Anchor Point Apartments. Joy and Dom we so helpful from every aspect. Helping us plan the trip, what we needed to bring, where to get a rental car (Cadet Rental company was great - from the owner that we met at the Blue Room, to Jeremy that provided the rental car at North Eleuthera Airport and the pick u as well). The apartment looked just like the pictures. The view of the harbour never gets old. The fresh bread, danish and beer when we checked in were greatly appreciated. It was fantastic to have chairs and an umberella at the rental. We explored so much of the island and can’t wait to go back. We went to a different beach everyday (thanks to the book provided by Joy and Dom, it was easy to find with great directions). The food was amazing. Definitely recommend contacting Marina or Horatio at Da Perk for a carry out meal they will come up with a meal all are sure to enjoy. The entire island is so friendly and the beaches are the best I have ever seen. Thank you Joy and Dom - we will be back for sure!! Our 9 year old twins are already planning our next trip.

Heaven on Earth

This was an amazing place to stay. This was our third visit. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Dominic and Joy are so amazing! Everything was fantastic from the second we met Dom to the minute we left. The house, amenities, guidebook featuring local beaches, restaurants and attractions - all very well thought out. Highly recommend!!!

Three night stay - Perfect!

The Anchor Bay Apartment was perfect. The location and views were wonderful, the kitchen well equipped and the decor was so nice. Joy and Dom were wonderful hosts who provided a wealth of info at check-in. The Friday night Fish Fry is right down the street and nice to have the local touch.

My husband & I loved everything about our stay here. The location was perfect for us. View of the water and we walked everywhere in Governor’s Harbour. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely. Well equipped and extremely comfortable! We loved it!
