  • Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath- glassfront house overlooking the Atlantic ocean- Ocean views from every room. White/pink sand beach-walk for miles in powder soft sand either way- you probably wont see anyone else!!
    Walk down the stairs to your own beach with fantastic snorkeling reefs. The house is air conditioned, 2 miles from the Governors Harbour Airport and 10 minutes from Governors Harbour settlement with grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and gas stations.

Great escape

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as it appeared on the site and the view is even better in person. Barbi is easy to work with, not that we had any problems :). We would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful

Everything about this house was perfect. I would choose this house again immediately. Beautiful beach right on the doorstep and perfect for snorkeling. the house is very clean and really has everything you need.

We had a phenomenal stay at this property. The view and amenities are exactly what are shown on Vrbo. The house is very spacious and clean with a stellar view. Would definitely stay there again!!

Absolute Paradise

Hands down one of my top 3 favorite vacations! Bootsies is the perfect location. Close enough to everything by car. Clean, beautiful, and fully stocked with everything, both inside and for the beach. Barbara is an outstanding and attentive host who stayed in touch with me before and during my stay. I haven’t experienced this with any host before. She also gave us so many great tips and suggestions. I would recommend a stay here to everyone I know. I cannot wait to book again!!

Anniversary Trip

Beautiful property! Very clean and comfortable! My husband and I stayed a long weekend for our anniversary. We loved sitting on the back deck with the most unbelievable view and sounds of the ocean.

This property is fabulous - the view is amazing, the house itself is well equipped for renters, and the beach is private and stunning. The owner is super responsive and easy to work with, and provided several suggestions both prior to and during our stay. Removed one star simply because the island itself has some infrastructure issues (re: power outages) that can be challenging. Not the fault of the owner and nothing they could do about "fixing" the issue (short of installing a generator for those occurrences), but be aware that power loss is a possibility.

Perfect beach getaway

The property was fantastic - and perfect for a beach getaway. The views from the house are truly spectacular. There were ample beach towels, floats, snorkel gear and coolers, so we didn't need to bring anything. We will definitely be back to this property! Thanks to Barbara and Byron for a wonderful stay.

A blissful dream

We absolutely LOVED our stay the property and on Eleuthera! This home was perfect for exactly what we were seeking- peace, isolation, ocean front. We are active adventurers and divers so the home was perfectly situated where we could access both the north and the south parts of the island. (If you are a diver, go diving with Chad Sinden down in Cape Eleuthera!) The home had everything we could need to cook and be comfortable while also giving us access to a gorgeous windswept beach on the atlantic side. The beds were very comfortable and the AC and Wifi worked perfectly. This is one of our favorite homes we've ever stayed at and we travel a lot!

Awesome trip!

This is our third time at this rental. We think this house is wonderful! We love the beach and location. Barbi, the owner, is always helpful when we need something. I would highly recommend this house.

Wow this place is awesome!!

Wow! This is truly an amazing place! The location, the view of the ocean from the house, and the house itself was beautiful! We had the beach all to ourselves and took long walks, snorkeled, did some fishing and relaxed by the ocean. We stargazed on the deck in the evening! The house had everything we needed and our host was very responsive when we reached out with any questions, and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend staying here - we were sad to leave! You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect Location, Perfect Place

View from house and beach is spectacular! Nice to have both view from house / deck and then down at the beach level. House was clean and bright just like the photos. Will be back for sure!
