The property pictures were very accurate, and the house is situated just a few minutes away from Governor's Harbor by car (you wouldn't want to walk that distance). The best feature of the house is that it sits next to the ocean, and the dock you use to access the coral/rocky shoreline is a nice hang out spot. We spent a majority of our time here instead of the pool, and our family loved kayaking and swimming along the coast line. It's very quiet and secluded. The kitchen had the equipment we wanted to make our breakfasts and drinks (skillets, baking pan, coffee pot, blender), and the silverware and plate ware were nice.
The house manager, Sonya, was really nice and checked in on us from time to time to make sure our stay was going well. She bought us dinner on the first night since the property wasn't cleaned and our check-in process didn't go according to plan (we met another VRBO family that had the exact same issue with checking in to a dirty rental), and that was a very sweet gesture. She gave us recommendations for where to eat and find entertainment, and she did take some stress out of the experience.
Overall it's a great place if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet and stare out at the ocean. Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) had plenty of space, and having a working washer and dryer was such an added bonus. I would definitely rent a car if you plan to stay here. The island has many good beaches, but everything is a little spread out so a car is a must have in my opinion.
