Magical stay from start to finish, sunsets on the deck were unforgettable, and swimming in that crystal-clear Caribbean blue water felt like having the entire island to yourself. Truly a quintessential Caribbean experience. Deborah and her team are absolutely world-class. Highly recommend!

Love Eleuthera!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. My children had never been out of the country, so it was by far a very memorable trip for us all. The place was fantastic and absolutely beautiful. Incredible getaway

The place is exactly as advertised. It was a wonderful retreat! We greatly enjoyed wading in the pool and listening to the ocean. A special treat was sitting in the pool at night and watching a meteor shower. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Location but You Should Know

Location is very private and quiet with a beautiful views of the ocean from the back porch. The owner and manager were very prompt when asking questions or needing help!OUR DISAPPOINTMENT was we had to pay extra to heat the pool. You are not told that until after you book that this is an extra charge! We have done a lot of traveling and this was unusual and we were very surprised. ALSO NO LOUNGE CHAIRS :/ on property. But other than that and if you don’t mind paying extrato heat the pool, it’s a lovely, quaint place to stay and very close to the main town. Also kitchen had everything you need, including some spices, to cook at home with full supplies to paper products, dish and laundry soap!

Perfect Stay

This property has absolutely everything you could want for your stay on Eleuthera: its location half-way between the airport and Governor's Harbor and proximity to beautiful beaches, its own swimming and snorkeling cove, a beautiful pool and a very comfortable, tastefully decorated house. It was nice to have snorkeling gear, an SUP and kayaks provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We should have planned for a longer stay.

Amazing private home

We provisioned the second day of our stay and then never left the house. The pool is just amazing (we paid for the heater), and very sunny. It was too windy for swimming in the sea, but it looked like it would be great snorkeling. Deborah was extremely responsive and helpful. The ne day we went out we had lunch at Pascal’s across the street which is on a very nice Atlantic beach.

Beautiful Property

Our week stay was wonderful. Property is as shown. Very clean. All the conveniences of home that you don’t always find in the Bahamas - nice kitchen, comfortable bed, great water pressure and functioning showers, whole house AC, pool, TV’s, Audio, etc. Both owner and caretaker are very responsive. We rented an SUV from the caretaker - very easy as he delivers to the airport. The coral reefs are right near the ladder into the water and while these reefs, like most all others in the Bahamas have mostly died, they still attract a lot of beautiful tropical fish. We snorkeled everyday the winds allowed. There are kayaks, paddleboard, etc. at the house, but do be aware that it is a pretty long descent to the water and you will need to lift the equipment a few feet out of the water back up over the ladder - quite doable depending on your strength and age. We are at an advanced age and did not attempt to use any of the equipment over concern it may be challenging for us to get it back up to the house. Eleuthera is a beautiful island and this property made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The most chill vacation

We wanted a place that was quiet, where we could just enjoy our family and the ocean. Well, this is the place! The house was wonderful, the pool was so nice!! The location, we would pick a different beach everyday! Deb was quick to respond if we had a question, thanks for everything! Made our 25th Anniversary very special ❤️

We will be back!

This was our first trip to Eleuthera and we will be back for sure! Deborah was a fantastic host. She provided very helpful tips for exploring the island. More importantly she was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had before and during our stay. The home is absolutely perfect for what we were looking for in a vacation. It is on a gorgeous piece of land and Perfectly nestled in the island vegetation to feel like your own piece of paradise. We didn’t get to enjoy the ocean as much as we’d liked due to a tropical storm in the gulf. We found the best snorkeling right behind the house. Truly spectacular. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Point. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Rommel was very helpful and also provided us a minivan. The only trouble we had was finding the correct driveway to turn into! After that, it was all great! The snorkeling was very good!

Great location - great views!

We spent 9 days and had a great time. The home is centrally located just about 7-8 minutes North of Governor's Harbor. We enjoy exploring different beaches and we were able to hit all the best beaches anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes from the house. Deborah (owner) was very responsive to our questions (usually within an hour!) and quite helpful with the home and local tips. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the back deck and the beautiful sunsets as well. The home is up to date with everything that you need. As we came from the US, we weren't able to use our Hulu account so keep that in mind. Eleuthra is definitely a slower pace. Be careful with what rental car you get and we'd recommend a 4x4 as the roads can be bumpy especially some of the paths to the beaches. It's not easy to get cash so it's best to bring a couple hundred bucks (ferries are cash) although credit cards are widely accepted. Overall, great trip!

Secluded Snorkeling Paradise

What an amazing view and location. We loved the panoramic views of the Caribbean, the amazing snorkeling and the wrap around pool for late afternoon swims. The weather “wasn’t great” during our stay, but it was still amazing. We spent hours snorkeling the reefs to either side of the water access. This time of year recommend doubling up on rash guards for a little extra warmth (or a shorty), especially if you’re thinner or get cold easily. So many fish…at one point we literally had tens of thousands schooling around us down in a shallow area…no exaggeration. The path to the water is rocky with jagged rocks. We had dive booties, but not with the hardest soles. Would recommend a good pair of hard soled dive booties with your snorkeling gear. The house was very nice and the beds, sheets, and towels were all great. The kitchen could use some larger plastic glasses for rum drinks…but now we’re being picky! Owner was super accommodating and very easy to work with. Recommend having the pool heated this time of year. Very short drive into Governor’s Harbour for essentials at Burrows, meals at restaurants, breakfast at Da Perk or the GH Bakery. Don’t forget to head down to GH for the Friday night fish fry. Will definitely stay here again when we return!

Great island, Really good stay

The house and the pool were terrific. The caves’ lights didn’t work so we didn’t go. The snorkeling is not walking on a beach into water. It’s right into deep water. So I’d say it’s adult appropriate. The manager and staff were great. Sunsets pricesless. The is of N Eleuthera is very small and not a ton of commercialism. We LOVED that. But if you want Atlantis type available a, this isn’t your island. If you want to spend endless days in the most gorgeous beaches this is your get away. Overall 8 out of 10. I’d definitely recommend this property and this island.

Great home/location

Deborah and property manager Romell were great to deal with and provided all the information we could ever need for our trip. We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean reef out back. The home was clean and pool was nice. Great location near governors harbor for groceries and restaurants. We hope to return sometime!

Relaxing in Paradise

What a great property. It is exactly as described but even more beautiful in person. The pictures don’t do it justice. The communication with Deborah and the property Manager-Romell was excellent and always replied promptly. The directions, guidance, tips and suggestions were perfect. The location is breathtaking. The pool overlooking the beautiful blue water is peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped which is perfect because you want to eat every meal looking out at the stunning view.. We enjoyed the use of the SUP and ocean kayak. We loved exploring the caves and snorkeling along the shore line and seeing all of the sea creatures- turtles, sand dollars, tiny fishes, curious barracuda and some of the most beautifully colored and living corals. There’s plenty of beaches within a short driving distance to visit. Just down the road was Governors Harbour with all the food and liquor stores and restaurants you need. The Friday night Fish fry was fun to visit. We are looking forward to returning to Paradise Pointe and would love to stay here again.

Great house and great location!

The house was exactly as described and so incredibly clean!! Very central location with great restaurants nearby. Snorkeling right off the back yard was really good; we brought our own floats and snorkel gear but there was plenty there to use if needed. The pool was so nice when the surf was a little rough from a windy day but very close to super nice beaches. Deborah was a very good host and we look forward to visiting her wonderful home again!

Paradise at Paradise Point

Our family had a wonderful stay at Paradise Point. The house itself had everything we needed for our week there. The access to the sea was fantastic, and we were able to see all sorts of sea life without leaving the property. Being about 5 minutes from Governor's Harbour made it very easy to get anything we needed. Groceries, restaurants, gas, and any necessities for our day trips on Eleuthera. The location in the center of the island made it easy to check out anything we wanted to see, as everything was within a one hour drive, and there were many beautiful beaches anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes away. Deborah was a fantastic host, and was always available whenever we needed anything or had any questions. Romell was also very helpful and, both of them generally responded within minutes. Highlights for us, besides the property itself, were the Glass Window Bridge, Twin Coves Beach, Gaulding Cay Beach, and eating at Buccaneer Club in town. Eleuthera was even more beautiful than it looks in pictures, and Paradise Point is a perfect place to stay while seeing it for yourself. We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay
