The kitchen was fully stocked which I appreciated and so were the bathrooms. In general, it just felt like it wasn't that clean, very dusty and dirty floors and clutter. Also, garage is unusable so not sure why it's advertised.

Every room had everything that was needed for a comfortable, great stay. The house was big and felt very homey. Kitchen had all the right necessities and rooms had everything you needed and more. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We hope to return very soon!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The home was perfect for our family of four. The large open living room and kitchen/ dining space was ideal for evenings together. We spent days at the pool and lakes in the Big Bass community and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and natural surroundings. We highly recommend this property for a family getaway.

This rental is properly represented The house has 3 well proportioned bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen area and laundry area with a large washer and dryer. The property is well positioned to utilize the community pool and clubhouse and easy access to the lake and fishing. The owner is very responsive and friendly.

The first day we had a bear on the property and two deer. The bear finally left and he never came back. The place was very cozy and clean. The only complaint was that the Big Bass Lake beach wasn't clean (it had bird droppings all over.) This was no fault of the owner. And the outside pool wasn't open until 6/13. Other than that we had a very pleasant vacation.

Great Place

The rental was very good. Big main room 3 bedrooms one with 4 bunk beds for the grandkids. Easy to utilize kitchen. Outside deck. Easy travel to the clubhouse and pool.

Great Escape!

The property was perfect for our family get away, we even were able to bring our family dog! House was beautiful, had everything you could need, the fire pit and outdoor grill were perfection for sitting around making smores and relaxing. Will definitely come back again. My older kids had a great time at the lake, using the pool, and playing tennis and basketball. Thank you Igor for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Weekend Get away .

Check in was easy and precise, my daughter and a few other family members arrived before I did. That was not a problem, their names were listed and they were allowed inside. The house was very comfortable and accommodating. There was plenty to do, house was stocked with various condiments Reilly nice cookware and cutlery. I ordered food to pick up at the local Walmart which I appreciated. Walmart like many restaurants didn’t deliver to the area, so you must order and pick up. Every bed couch and chair were very comfortable and simply put cozy. Those were the pros, now the cons. My husband had to clean the grill before use the last renters left it horribly dirty. But he cleaned it before and after our use. Towels are available but not washcloths, luckily we brought our own. You must bring all of your own necessities. The bedrooms definitely need more lighting, there were only a small lamp in each bedroom to light the entire room, very poor lighting in those areas. I wasn’t notified until the last minute that there were additional fees to use the pool. $10 a day per person on weekends. I feel that for the overall cost to rent the property ,that the pool would or should be included. I’m giving this property a 4 out of 5 stars. Only because of the extra cost to use the pool. We will however be returning and will suggest this rental to others who want a cozy getaway. Still, we throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again in the near future.

Nice Home

The home was clean and very accommodating. Truly has everything needed for your family to be comfortable. You can see that the host has invested time and effort in making sure all needs are met. We encountered an issue during our stay, but the host was quick to respond and resolve.

Pleasant weekend stay!

We stayed here while visiting our son, who is attending a local university. Our younger children were thrilled with the toys and bikes. The house was clean and bright, and we enjoyed our time here! It is important to note that due to community association restrictions, no more than 9 people can stay in the house.

Family meeting

A very pleasant stay in the middle of everything we needed to get to. We met a family member thru Ancestry, and wanted to do some research in Scranton and Taylor. We also visited Lake Naomi, a long time retreat for our family for 3 generations. This home at Big Bass Lake had way more than we needed for 3 of us. Looks like we have more work to do and will return here at some point in the future.

Wonderful home.

Has was very clean and had everything we needed. On a dead end street which was very quiet. Fireplace was amazing. Owner was so polite and helpful. Another plus was this home was in a gated community. I would definitiv rent this home again. Highly recomented this home.

Wonderful Stay

The house was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the poker table and sitting on the porch and deck. The only issue we ran into was the master bedroom shower was not working due to leaking.

Everything was OK.

We had a beautiful vacation. The house is in nice location and has over all you need. The house very clean, comfortable and sweet. Owner so nice and friendly. The area is very quiet with lots of deer to see. Would stay here again. Thank you Igor for your hospitality!
