Secluded Poconos Modern Cabin - Hot Tub, Game Room, Pools & Lake!

Welcome to our modern cabin with new hot tub and game room! Our vacation home is in a Gold Star resort with an outdoor pool (open summer), indoor pool (open winter W/Fr/Sat/Sun), 2 lakes, beaches, playgrounds, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, amazing food at the clubhouse, and more. It features an open design with fireplace, deck for outdoor dining and grill, and shared kayaks (May-Sept). Conveniently located in the heart of the Poconos, close to State Park hikes, ski resorts, and Kalahari!

The space
Our 3BR/2BA modern cabin in Big Bass Lake accommodates up to 8 guests and features a brand new hot tub and air hockey table (as of Jan 2026). Lake Larsen is just a short walk away. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second a queen, and the third four twins.

Inside: Two living rooms with 65" Smart TVs. Game room with pool table, air hockey (BRAND NEW as of January 2026), Pac-Man arcade, board games, and an electric fireplace.

Outside: Hot tub, BBQ grill, and fire pit for year-round enjoyment (wood is not provided).

Rules: Please limit stays to 6 adults max to limit parties (8 max total including children) MUST READ COMMUNITY RULES AND GUIDELINES BELOW!!

PLEASE NOTE: There is a large hill up to the drive way, please ensure in heavy snowy weather your vehicle is equipped. This is a semi-secluded home so that may come with delays in snow plowing and ice removals.

Unfortunately, due to bad snow storms this season (winter 2026) the outdoor string lights have been damaged and will be re-installed when the weather clears up closer to the spring. Apologies in advance!

Guest access
As registered renters in Big Bass Lake, our guests will have access to all community amenities with purchase of amenity passes ($8/day weekdays, $10 sat/sun, $30/week, free age 6 and under).

Extras
– S’mores station and coffee bar in the home (Keurig pods not supplied).

Age Requirement
– Primary guest must be 25 or older. If under 25, you must request approval prior to booking and explain the purpose of your stay.

Pets
– Guests are responsible for any pet damages, excessive hair, waste, or furniture issues. Pets must be listed on reservation.

Smoking
– No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside. Heavy fines will apply if odors are detected.

Big Bass Lake Community Rules
– Rental registration required: send full names, home address, and email at least 2 business days before arrival. Anyone not listed two days prior will not be allowed entry as per the Big Bass Lake rules and guidelines.
– Changes must be made before check-in at the gate and will incur a $15 fee per change.
– Primary guest must share community rules with their group. Fines for violations will be billed to guests.
– Amenity passes are required for facilities access (per person):
• Weekly: $30 (non-holiday), $50 (holiday)
• Daily: $8 weekdays, $10 weekends/holidays
– Amenities are seasonal: indoor pool open Labor Day–Memorial Day; outdoor pool open summer (weekends only before June 15).

Community Respect
– This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect neighbors’ privacy. Quiet hours are 11PM - 7 AM.
