Windy Break Lake Front House

  • This beautiful waterfront lake house is located on Big Bass Lake and is the perfect place for family vacations and getaways. Whether you relax on the private beach, launch a boat or fish from the dock, or enjoy the spacious interior, you are sure to have a relaxing and fun experience. Guests have access to kayaks, a canoe and rowboat, and are just steps away from the community beach and playground. The large deck has a grill and plenty of seating, and a fire pit provides the perfect place for roasting marshmallows. Inside the house, the fully equipped kitchen and spacious and open layout are ideal for large gatherings and meals. Play pool or darts in the game room, watch movies or read by the fire, or gather together in the living room or four season porch.
    Looking to ski/snowboard, enjoy an indoor or outdoor waterpark or some other adventure? Camelback Mountain Resort, Kalahari Resorts and Tobyhanna State Park are all just 20 minutes away. Outlet shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlets is just 25 minutes, and downtown Scranton is close by as well. Come stay at the lake house for a vacation you are sure to remember!

We came back after 2 years, and nothing has changed — it's still the perfect getaway. The beach is very close, the kids had a great time playing in the sand, and we loved having the zoo and outlets nearby. Highly recommend

Another great Poconos vacation!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! The canoe, boat and and paddle boards were a hit for water activities. Fishing was fun from the dock and we had ample space for family and games.The house was clean and well maintained and Bonnie the host was quick to answer all questions we had.

Perfect lake house!

Absolutely loved this house and location! Our family spent our vacation fishing, boating, volleyball, reading and bonfires. Highly recommend this property for a beautiful relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was set up very well and we had many things to do. Most of us had little or no experience on the kayaks or canoe. But found them very enjoyable and it was very nice that everything was there and included for us to use.

Wonderful get away!

Awesome location, right on the lake as well as right next to the beach. Still very quiet in spite of being right next to the beach area. We all wanted to stay longer and hope to return!

Lake House

Fishing with the guys

Great house for all your needs. Lake full of fish, boat there with an electric motor provided which was a big plus. All around clean and perfectly set up house.

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the Lake House. This property has plenty of room and accommodations for a family group. We loved the access to the lake, boats/paddleboards, the wooded lot at the house, and the firepit for s'mores. We also purchased access to the sand beach, pool and tennis courts. Would definitely recommend!

Christmas Holiday with Family

Everything about our stay was amazing! So much space to spread out and enjoy being together. We especially liked having the opportunity to play pool and darts. Bonnie was quick to respond to messages and provided additional information as needed. We look forward to arranging another visit.
