This is our second time staying at this property. Our family enjoyed the time spent playing games and relaxing in the hot tub. I can’t say enough good things about our Christmas is spent in the Poconos.

This is actually the perfect getaway! There was incredible attention to detail with fully stocked kitchen, coffee and tea, drinking water dispenser, all the games pictured and so many board games, and even a heated walkway out to the hot tub! We didn’t watch much tv but there are plenty of tvs for those who may want to watch different things. Bathrooms were perfectly clean and stocked with soaps and towels. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay with our two kids and dog! The owners had excellent communication and made everything easy from start to finish. The house was clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate. Our boys loved spending time in the game room and relaxing in the hot tub. The location was great—close to nearby amenities while still feeling peaceful. We’d definitely rent here again!

Amazing Place!

This place was amazing and perfect for our group of 7...and one lab. The house is very clean and has many things available to use to make your stay easy! We enjoyed the basement that has so many games to enjoy from little kids to adults!

Outstanding Home

My family and I (4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs) just spent a few days at this beautiful house for my son's 13th birthday and it far exceeded our expectations. It is even nicer than what you can tell from the pictures. These owners have thought of everything. It is extremely well maintained, organized, comfortable, and missing nothing. We easily cooked meals and took advantage of everything the house had to offer, including an awesome lower level with 2 arcades, pinball, darts, board games, air hockey/ping pong, comfortable lounging/tv area, and card table. It was so nice to have this area where the kids (and often adults) could actively "play" while others could be upstairs quietly enjoying the gas fireplace in the living room. The weather was harsh while we were there with a lot of snow and ice, but the house was plenty warm (you can control the temp) and the hot tub is easily accessible through the back door on the porch and with a heated floor path leading to it which keeps it ice free. There are plenty of blankets and good quality pillows and the water pressure for the showers is perfect. This is the first time that we ever did a rental that allows pets, and I was worried about it being dirty and/or having a lot of allergens as our dogs are hyper-allergenic. However, the place was immaculate, and I would never have guessed that we were in a pet friendly house. The owners were amazing: responsive and kind and we look forward to being able to book with them again.

New Tradition

Two years in a row ive gathered here with a group of close friends to celebrate friendsgiving. The hosts are responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The house itself is perfect for our needs. We'll for sure be back again.

Wonderful Place for a family Thanksgiving

Very well outfitted home in an idyllic setting with deer walking around outside at all times. Hot tub on Patio deck was wonderful to relax in while snow was falling, and the game room provided some for some good family entertainment. Chris and Allison are wonderful hosts that are there to help with anything you might need during your stay. Highly recommended.

it is a perfect getaway

I wish we weren't just getting away for 3 days and we had a full week to stay at this house. Everything was great. Clean, comfortable (great beds) everything clearly marked so you knew what switches went to what lights. Super well appointed, with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Game room (loved playing pinball) and hot tub were fantastic! Nice deck, cornhole and a grill for outdoor fun. Not far from shopping and restaurants. The only thing I could possibly think of that might be a little difficult for people who have trouble with stairs is, the staircases to the front porch and from the game/family rooms to the main level are fairly steep. Great communication with the owners. got an immediate response to a couple texts we sent them. Very friendly and care about guests having the best stay possible for a perfect getaway.
