Nice hotel,
"Decoration it is just ok for a, five stars. Too much children's in the spa, it is not a relaxing zone. The hotel it is a in the city , but few kilometers from the city center. Breakfast ok, good quality, with a big variety of sweets, and meals, but no natural orange juice."

"Only two member of staff were kind and courteous: Chris at reception and the young woman at the spa. Everyone else was borderline hostile.
