My tween and her friend loved it and thought it was very chic. The tv on the deck outside was a cherry on top for them. Two minor suggestions to the host - add a towel rack or hooks for shower towels to dry. We loved the spacious house, and the patio area is fabulous, with a large lawn, the pool/spa which the young grandkids enjoyed for hours, and the grill and table where we enjoyed most meals.
