"Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! "

"Very nice place with everything we needed. The place felt very clean and comfy. Perfect location just minutes from downtown with a gorgeous view of the downtown skyline. One detail that stood out from other properties we’ve stayed in was that the light switches were all labeled. I wish everyone did this! Highly recommend!!"

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again."

"Incredibly unique property. Fantastic vibes, awesome location for spots you want to go into town or stay out and just enjoy the property. Communication was unmatched, even swapped the coffee maker that wasn’t working first thing in the morning when I hadn’t fully woken so I could have a fresh cup of coffee. Just lovely."

"Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. "

"House was charming! We are from a rural area, so sitting on a front porch of a little street and having neighbors so near (the houses' roofs were almost touching!) was a true novelty for us and exactly the experience we were looking for on this trip to visit the Ark. "Property was as described. It was easy to find and we felt safe. There were directions to get in for in case the key pad did not work, which it did not. Easy breasy check in. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, MUCH appreciated. Enough room to spread out and relax after a great evening of sight seeing. Highly recommend this stay! "

"The place was wonderful and had exactly what we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Very responsive and great communication with the host. Loved sitting outside on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful view of the downtown area, would want some of those trees out of the way though. Lol. No complaints though.
