"We made a reservation for four. But the towels were for two people and we asked for more, but we were rejected. The most amazing thing was that the towels used by customers who had visited before were left in the laundry basket. It was so bad.
There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent, and the bed was so uncomfortable that no one could sleep in bed."

"Very nice and quite new hotel, in an excellent location. I opted to pay a little more for “city view,” honestly not for the view but because the alternative was “railroad tracks view” (presumably with associated railroad noise). 2 minute (max) walk from train station (Sopot Glowna) and 1 minute walk from the upper start of the pedestrian/tourist zine. Highly recommend."

"The property has a great location - friendly staff - nice rooms - we enjoyed the visit.
Food at the restaurant was very nice although service a bit slow -
I wished they had robes and slippers available for guests in the room that was a missing piece"
