Cozy family apartment in the heart of Görlitz, also suitable for fitters

Enjoy a wonderful stay in the heart of our historic city on the Neisse River and the Via Regia. A bright, fully equipped, and lovingly furnished 2.5-room attic apartment (64 m²) with only one sloped wall invites you to linger and relax after a stroll through the city.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people. Accommodation for up to 4 additional guests is possible thanks to 2 extra 90 x 200 mattresses and the king-size sofa bed, for an additional charge of 13 € per person per night.

Görlitz is the ideal starting point for hikes in the Zittau Mountains (approx. 45-minute drive) or the Königshain Mountains (approx. 20-minute drive), where you can also swim in idyllic quarries. A visit to the world-famous Fürst-Pückler Park in Bad Muskau, the Kulturinsel Einsiedel, or the cast-iron tower on Löbauer Berg—unique in Europe—is also well worth it. Last but not least, Lake Berzdorf invites you to swim, skate, bike, or hike. The entire Upper Lusatia region captivates with its cozy atmosphere and numerous villages tucked away in the rolling hills.

Now for the apartment itself: A square entryway provides access to the kitchen-diner, a very spacious room (18 m²), a slightly smaller room (14 m²), and an interior bathroom.

The two rooms, each with sloped ceilings, face the rarely traveled Dresdener Straße. The kitchen-diner on the south side, which does not have sloped ceilings, serves as a living, dining, and cooking area all in one and offers an unobstructed view of the courtyard with a large view of the sky and no nearby building facades. As a result, it is beautifully bright all day long. The bathroom, equipped with a sink, toilet, and bathtub (including glass enclosure), is fully tiled, located inside the apartment, and features an appropriate ventilation system.

The apartment features wood-look laminate flooring. Tiled walls and floors in the kitchen area separate it from the living room area.

The accommodations are very centrally located. Not only can you explore the city park, the Old Town, or Berliner Straße with Postplatz and Demianiplatz (Görlitz’s main pedestrian zone) within walking distance, but you can also reach supermarkets, theaters, the library, and the train station in just a few minutes on foot.

From Friday through Sunday, check-in is also possible starting at 2:30 p.m.—during the week, check-in begins at 5:00 p.m., as indicated.
