"Friend and I stayed 2 nights here. The space itself is very small but hopefully you're not spending much time in the room while in Amsterdam anyway. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Check in was slightly confusing as you have to pick up the key from a neighbor but nonetheless the overall stay was good."

"Todo ha sido perfecto, los desayunos increibles, la cama muy comoda, el baño "great", pero quiero remarcar dos cosas de mi estancia, la primera la amabilidad y hospitalidad de Wimmo, y lo segundo, "el silencio", descansar en el silencio sin ruidos, sin nada que moleste el descanso, hacia mucho tiempo que no estaba en un lugar en el que escuchara el "silencio" y conseguirlo en la bulliciosa Amsterdam, es to un lujo. "We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not.
