"Stayed four nights and were blessed with great weather. Really quiet location but only a few miles off the dual carriageway. Easy access to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Paignton with Goodrington being dog friendly and also not too far away. Accommodation itself was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. Field beyond the garden was great for the dog and quiet lanes also good for early morning "walkies"! Happy to recommend! "

"We had a lovely last minute stay in the Grain Store. The facilities were great (pool, games room etc) and the house was lovely and had everything we needed. Only negative feedback would be that some news pans are needed, the handles are really loose and a bit dangerous when using."

"Just perfect. A beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Decorated to a high standard with pretty much everything you will need for a memorable stay. Beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows and cosy duvet. Smart TV and strong WiFi reception. Not only would I recommend, but I've already rebooked! Dog friendly too! "

"What a beautiful house, everything as described and more. Set in serene, quiet woods, with lovely walks in the 8 acre grounds. The dog loved it. Cleanliness was of the highest quality. "Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed . Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth. Apartment very well equipped and modern . Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ? Will certainly be back again 😊"

"Very clean and came with all the amenities we required. The Smart TV was able to be moved around so we could enjoy TV whilst eating or whilst in bed.
