"We had an AWSOME time at your house! The river was so much fun! Only one Shared bathroom was a challenge for those 4 bedrooms on the river level. Community area was great! Beds were comfortable! Guest house was great too! If we come back to this area again, we will definitely stay here again!"

"Me and my family absolutely loved this place! The pictures do not do it justice, it is far more beautiful in person. The kids absolutely adored the loft room, they felt like they were in a castle tower. "We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Always a good time when family can be together. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us and our dog to spread out and enjoy the space. It was great that the backyard area was fenced in so the dog could roam around a little with no worries. "We stayed 5 nights. The great part: location was awesome on the river. We enjoyed canoeing (which were available at the unit ), fire ring, outdoor games. Saw wild turkeys and deer in the property. "This house is perfect for a large family. It is the perfect distance from town that you can get what you need when you need it, but have the privacy that you want. We were in town for a Texas State graduation ceremony which was only about a 20 minute drive. The house was built in the 1800’s, so it has a ton of character.
