"Booked & paid for this but never stayed. Received message from the host Laurent saying apartment no longer available offering alternate in same town which I reluctantly agreed to. Later Laurent admitted this alternate ‘wasn’t finished’ and I then asked to cancel and refund - too much dishonesty. ..."
