Villa Nodu Pianu Verde is a semi-detached house in the exclusive, quiet Nodu Pianu complex. From the panoramic terrace, you enjoy sweeping views over the sea all the way to the island of Tavolara. The white sandy beach of Nodu Pianu, with its crystal-clear water, is a true paradise for snorkeling and is only about 400 meters away. Within a few kilometers, you will find more beautiful beaches waiting to be discovered. Shops and restaurants are located in the nearby villages of Pittulongu and Bados (about 1.5 km away), as well as in Golfo Aranci, a charming holiday town with a small harbor. Excursions to the glamorous Costa Smeralda with the elegant marina of Porto Rotondo and to the lively town of Olbia (10 km away) are also very popular.

Villa Nodu Pianu Verde is a tastefully furnished semi-detached house in the exclusive, peaceful Nodu Pianu complex. The bright living areas open onto a spacious terrace where you can enjoy wonderful views of Sardinia’s northeast coast, as well as the fragrant juniper and olive trees in the garden. Surrounded by evergreen maquis, a beautiful stone staircase leads down to the sea.



Good to know:

Villa Nodu Pianu Verde is the southern half of Villa Nodu Pianu Bianca. Both halves, which offer plenty of privacy thanks to thoughtful architecture, are mirror images and can be rented separately or together, for example by families traveling together.
