Located about 300 meters from the sea, in a peaceful oasis overlooking the Gulf of Marinella, Baia Apartments is a welcoming residential complex nestled amid the Mediterranean scrub. Comprising apartment buildings and townhouses interspersed with flower beds and green spaces, the complex unfolds harmoniously across a plot of land that slopes gently toward the sea, offering a relaxing atmosphere.

It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed, a master bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is located on the first floor and features a fenced-in garden for pleasant outdoor moments.

THE RATE INCLUDES:

- utilities (electricity, water, and gas), air conditioning, initial supply of bed linens, and final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette and trash disposal; a €35 surcharge applies for failure to clean); Wi-Fi (for limited use in common areas)

COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE

- tourist tax: to be paid in cash; mandatory according to municipal regulations; the amount may vary depending on the period

- security deposit: €200, refundable at the end of the stay after an inspection of the apartment’s condition. In the event of check-out outside reception office hours, the security deposit may be refunded via bank transfer (fees to be paid by the guest)

- The guest is responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash. Otherwise, a penalty of €35 will be charged for failure to clean the kitchenette and dispose of trash

Additional optional services available upon request, to be paid on-site (in cash):

- Bathroom linens rental: €12 per person per change

- Extra change of bed and bath linens: upon request on site

- extra cleaning (excluding kitchenette): upon request on site

- crib (0–2.99 years): €5 per day; must be requested at the time of booking

- high chair: €5 per day; must be requested at the time of booking

- Pets allowed; size and breed must be specified at the time of booking: €45 surcharge per stay for each pet

- Late check-in: Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be notified in advance and requested in writing well in advance: this service is free if requested in advance for arrivals on Saturday and Sunday by 9:00 PM; for arrivals after 9:00 PM through midnight, a €35 surcharge applies; For midweek arrivals after 8:00 PM, the €35 surcharge is mandatory.

Check-in is guaranteed until midnight; otherwise, the apartment will be handed over the following day.
