"Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! "The home was pretty dirty in a lot of corners and areas and every fixture was falling apart. Multiple outlets didn’t work. The outdoor area was a mess so you couldn’t sit anywhere. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. All of the pots pans and utensils were disgusting looked like they hadn’t been washed and the dishwasher was so gross we couldn’t use it. We paid way too much to stay here we should’ve stayed at a hotel instead."

We visited during summer and the property does not have AC and I asked for more working fans to be delivered and the host got them to us, which was of course wonderful! Cons: the house is a bit outdated and drainage smell needs to be addressed from sinks and showers. One bathroom does not have windows so it was hard to ventilate.I think it’s a good for resting your head while spending time in SB!"
