Great, Quiet Getaway

Melissa and Bob are the most gracious and helpful hosts. We spent 3 months there to escape our home state winter. Acres of land to explore. Great bass fishing. The dogs are very friendly. The horses Roy and JR, and the donkey Jack are a hoot. All very friendly. Still can say enough about Melissa and Bob, wonderful people. The house had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and cleaning. The WiFi is super. There is a fiber optic line running thru the property so I suspect they are connected to that. The well water is excellent tasting. Nice patio with a gas or charcoal grill, gas or wood fire pit. Nice shade trees. Lots of wildlife. Just a great place to stay. And stars that we can't see in the city.

First time using VRBO

We had been searching for a better solution of a place to stay while visiting family other than a hotel. Finding this cottage in a quiet country setting with animals, trails and wonderful hosts was a perfect solution. The house is comfy and well equipped. We definitely will be repeat users of this VRBO.

Peaceful rest

We love this property and will probably be back many times in the future to stay and we spend time working on our land or hunting nearby. So clean and comfortable. The Hoyers are excellent hosts and so very easy to communicate with! Love this property!

Great peaceful getaway

This property was just perfect for a peaceful weekend! The house was neat and clean and the owner provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In fact, I wish that we could have stayed longer. If we're ever visiting this area again, we will definitely return.
