"The inside of the facility was very clean and decorated very nicely. It got cool some nights and there was no way to adjust the air much. We checked in fairly late that night. It was hard to see the numbers on the outside of the house and dark at the front. Additional lighting there would be helpful. The host was very responsive to any inquiries we had."

"Very clean and cute. Too small for a large dog like ours. The patio area was much needed for him. The neighborhood is terrible. It’s not a safe area and it’s full of trash and broken glass and strange men hanging around. The place is fine but the neighborhood isn’t."

"The property was clean and had most anything you need. The only issues we had was at check in, we noticed no water was turned on in the house. Had to call the host and wait an hour and a half for the water to be turned on to be able to shower or use the restroom!! A little ridiculous the water wasn’t already on in the house before check in! "Home was very nice and matched the images shown. It was hard to figure out the check in process, was routed to the wrong parking garage and was a hassle to retrieve the key fob for elevator. After checking out, they messaged me saying a stain was left on the bed and I would have to pay extra for the stain which was caused by the colored pillow they had on the bed.
