Our group thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. The home is comfortable, well appointed, easy access to the mountain, and the views are spectacular! Host was timely wihen responding to our inquiries. It all added to a positive and memorable Kicking Horse adventure.

Kim was a very responsive host, answering my questions within minutes. The house was perfect for our two families on a ski trip and it’s just a two-minute drive from the gondola. It was very clean, well appointed and well taken care of. The kids having their bunk room on the bottom floor allowed for great space and separation for the adults to hang out on the top floor. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely amazing! The decor is exquisite, and all furniture and linens are top of the line. Plenty of room for our whole family to spread out and be comfortable and a large table for games and meals! But the best part 100% was the view. Nearly 360 degree views of the mountains!!! Every moment was a unique view as the sun rose and set and as the weather changed. This would be stunning in the winter! Very close to downtown Golden and if you come in the winter the lift is just down the hill. Also there is a nice store with liquor and food as well as some shops and restaurants right in the resort area! We would definitely recommend this place for your family vacation and we will visit again!

We had a great week stay here in Golden. The location was great the pictures do not do justice for the views they are breathtaking. There were two families, 9 of us in total and it was perfect for us all. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a rental in the area!

Wonderful property with a beautiful view

Wonderful week visiting Banff, Yoho and Kootaney parks. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for family dinners and a wonderful grill. View from kitchen and deck is absolutely gorgeous! Very clean and well stocked property! Highly recommend this property!

Great property, contemporary, luxurious, and with the RIGHT view!

We were 3 x families, and had an amazing experience. Not only that the host was kind and super responsive, but the property itself was amazing. It is just at the right distance from the main Golden town (at Kicking Horse) which makes it perfect for us. In the mountains, with the view. Cedar lake is few mins away which is majestic. And the property itself is ultra luxurious and clean. Had a great experience here.

Awesome Place

Great place for a group setting! Awesome kitchen and lots of room. Hosts are easy to contact. 30 second drive from ski hill. It is a duplex, not a solo house so just a heads up there.

Property was everything we could have asked for. Stunning Mountain views from the master bedroom to greet us every morning, and the same window offered stellar star gazing at night. Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Amazing place in Golden BC

We stayed 3 days at Steven and Kimberly's place. Great experience: outstanding house, amazing view, and Golden is the perfect basecamp to explore the Canadian rockies. Everything went nice and easy, one of our best vacations ever.

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay in this very beautiful house. It was a bit smoky from fires, but when the smoke cleared, the view was incredible. We loved heading down into Golden, and driving to Banff for hiking. I also fished for a couple days with a local fly fishing fishing guide With a company name of the Golden Gillie. Sure to book him far for a shot at some huge bull trout. We spent time in the hot tub, and we especially love the fact that the kitchen was stocked with a lot of essentials already. What a wonderful house!!!

Excellent space and awesome views!

Perfect for our family group of 8 + a 1yr old! We enjoyed the patio, large kitchen, dining and living areas. The bedrooms were comfortable. We bought a couple of extra fans for the bedrooms as Canada was having a heat wave at the time. We went to the resort coffee shop and grocery store, loved the Via Ferrata experience and ate at the Eagle’s Eye restaurant at the top of the mountain. 2 members of our group went to see Boo. Outside the resort area we went to the Golden Golf club for mini golf, hiked Wapta falls, Johnston Canyon, and the Plain of Six Glaciers at Lake Louise. Some of our group did a white water rafting trip. Super vacation for us!

Great views

Perfect spot for our group- 4 adults and 2 kids- to spread out. The views from the upstairs area were amazing and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub after long days of hiking.

Perfect location

Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kicking horse! The property itself is stunning, spacious and has incredible views of the surrounding mountains. It’s just a short walk to access the slopes in the morning, the ski out brings you even closer in the afternoon. The property easily accommodated a large family/ friend group
