Our stay was absolutely excellent! Everything was just as described, and check-in was incredibly easy. The property had a beautiful view that made it so relaxing, and to top it off, we even had deer come right up to the property! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. Highly recommend!

Amazing home and Host…!!!

Best and cleanest home we have stayed in and that’s saying a lot… Love the property and the location… host is very easy to communicate with and prompt with responses… A tree fell during a storm and knocked the power out, power company had it restored in less than 2hrs and the host even reached out to make sure everything was restored and we didn’t need anything… Can’t say enough good things about our experience… 10 out of 10…

Lots of Fun for Kids!

Nice property! We just stayed two nights and spent most of our time at attractions in Branson or near the property, so cannot comment extensively on the property. Our kids had a great time playing with the all the games in the garage for a couple of hours. Very clean and nice view of the lake! Conveniently located in between our home in Northwest Arkansas and attractions around Branson.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the home and all of the activities in the garage. The deck was the perfect place for breakfast each morning. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle, and didn’t mind the drive to nearby attractions. We were disappointed with the lake access and boat launch. There is no dock at the boat ramp and the lake access was a journey and just cliffs.

We had a great time here. The house was super cute and clean. Nice finish palette and new finishes. All we needed was here. We brought out boat. The launch was so close and the marina very clos also. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property- gorgeous views. Super clean and full of amenities/ details that made this one of the most comfortable, easiest rentals we’ve ever experienced. Loved the wood stove and swing nook! Outdoor area with deck and fire pit with that view in background was incredible!

Kirkpatrick’s Stay

I couldn't ask for a better place to bring our family four our vacation. The cleanliness was top notch and everything needed for our stay was thought of. Play tents, washing machines and soap, waffle makers, high chairs. It was so nice to know that if we forgot something it was right there. We had a carpenter bee fly in the house and there was spray readily available to help us get rid of it. The fact we could bring our pet was so helpful for us to be able to enjoy our whole family. We can’t wait to make it a tradition to stay here.

We had a great time at this property! We cooked, made s’mores, went fishing, and just enjoyed being together and played some games as well! I would recommend this rental for any family that wants to unplug and be with nature. Amanda was great in her communication with us!

Nice Restful Place to get away from it all

The property is really relaxing by the water. Nice late nights sitting around the fire. Quiet mornings with your coffee on the deck over looking the river. Takes a minute to get acquainted with local activities but easy enough to do. Would stay here again.

Cute Lake House

This lake house was perfect for our family of five! It’s a lake view with no direct lake access from the house due to cliffs but lake access is within a few minute walk to the cove next to the house. At the cove, you can fish, swim, and cliff jump! If you have a boat, there is plenty of room to park it in the driveway and a launch ramp is within a 5 minute drive. This house is located on the peaceful quiet side of the lake perfect for wake boarding and skiing. The house was well equipped and very clean for all of our family’s needs. We cooked dinner almost every night and enjoyed the library of movies. Wi-Fi can be spotty so the movies were a great addition. Overall would highly recommend and stay again. We love this part of the lake!

Cute house with lots of space for a family. Everything was very clean and felt like home. We spent most of our time on the large deck in the back overlooking the lake. The location is a short drive from Dogwood Canyon which is well worth visiting.
