✿ LIVING AREA
The living area is designed to bring everyone together in comfort, with a sofa, soft pillows, accent chairs, TV, and plenty of space to relax after a day outdoors. Just a few steps away, yet still connected to the main living space, a cozy sitting area has two chairs beside the fireplace. Large windows fill the room with natural light and views of the surroundings, creating a serene atmosphere from morning to evening. Step directly onto the patio and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

✿ BEDROOMS
Bedroom #1: Relax in a cozy bedroom with a king bed, soft sheets, and plush pillows. Bedside tables and lamps make it easy to read or wind down at night, and the TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Large windows let in lots of natural light and offer views of the area. There’s a closet to help you keep your things tidy. You’ll also have your own private bathroom for extra comfort and privacy.

Bedroom #2: Recharge in a comfortable queen bed with soft linens and pillows. Bedside tables with lamps make it easy to keep your personal items close and enjoy some nighttime reading. The closet gives you space to store your clothes and luggage, helping you stay organized. This bedroom is also just steps from Bathroom #2, right off the hallway.
Bedroom #3: Perfect for families or groups, this bedroom offers two queen beds and a twin sofa bed, so everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. You`ll also find soft linens, plush pillows, bedside tables with lamps, a TV, windows that let in natural light, and a closet for your things.

Bedroom #4: Tucked into the den area, this open sleeping space in the den area has a twin top bunk and a twin sofa bed, both with soft linens and pillows. A TV provides entertainment, and a table under the bunk works well for work or planning your day. This cozy area gives you more options and makes your stay more convenient.

Bathroom #1: Enjoy the ensuite full bathroom connected to bedroom 1. It has a walk-in shower with hot and cold water, a toilet, and a large vanity with double sinks. There is plenty of space to get ready in the morning or unwind after a day on the slopes.

Bathroom #2: This bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway and can be accessed from both the hallway and bedroom #2. It includes a shower-and-tub combination, a toilet, hot and cold water, and a spacious vanity with his-and-hers sinks. Its location makes it easy to reach from either the hallway or the bedroom.

Bathroom essentials such as fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are provided during the stay. If you need more, let us know so we can coordinate and arrange it.

Gather around the kitchen, where making meals is simple and enjoyable. Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Golden has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Golden has to offer.

-If you need more space, we have another property within the complex that can be booked separately, subject to availability.

-The underground heated parking has a maximum height capacity of 8ft.

-Paid underground parking (subject to availability). Free street parking nearby.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-The shared amenities, such as the hot tub, fitness area, ski-in/ski-out access, are subject to scheduled maintenance conducted by the building management.
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. We strive to keep our unit in good working order for the positive experience of all guests. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. Bikes are not allowed inside the lobby, hallways, or the unit itself. Secure indoor bike storage is available for your use in the underground parkade, accessible to guests with paid underground parking

9. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


10. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

11. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
