We have stayed at this property four times as a group and really enjoy it. Very clean, great view and short ski in and ski out. The host is very available and efficient which makes booking and check in easy and look forward to returning

Comfortable and roomy chalet, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent showers, large BBQ on the deck, 4 person hot tub with towels and flip flops next to the door for apres ski.Very convenient location with great ski-out right to the driveway at the end of the day.

We loved this chalet and it was perfect for a guy's ski trip. Great ski house with lots of very friendly touches to enhance the ski experience (boot and glove warmers, garage ski storage, benches for booting up in the morning, etc). Individual temperate control for every room kept all visitors very happy and we also thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub. Gabriel was a great host and even came directly out to the house to address a very minor issue we had. The ski-in/ski-out is super convenient. You can ski-in easily to the house next door (30 seconds away) and with more recent snow I'm sure you could ski right to the back porch, too. For ski-out if there's recent snow you can ski down the street to the access path. For us we just walked down the street, past the dumpster and across one street to access the path. It's about 50-100 yards - approx a 3 minute easy downhill walk. Super convenient for coming home for lunch each day. Highly recommend!!

Was a great home for our Family Adventure! The kids all had a blast. Lots of space for sleeping, playtime, cooking and games! So much fun was had by all and the host was helpful when we had any questions or needed help. Great view to wake up to!

The home was beautiful. It was well stocked and had every amenity we could imagine. We had three couples and each one had their own bedroom/bathroom on their own floor. The location was a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of Banff and the park. It was quiet and peaceful, yet relatively close to Yoho, Banff and even Jasper National Parks.

Great property to spend time with family. We had a mix of super wet and sunny weather. The property is great for when you all are inside. The kids setup a ping pong tournament that last our stay, we played board games each night. It’s a quick walk to access all services at the resort.

The chalet was great for our group of 10! Upon arrival, the master bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke, but we opened the windows and it was less noticeable after a few days. We struggled to turn off the in floor heat in the "office", where 2 of us slept, but by opening the windows and using the fan available, we were able to cool it down to a comfortable level. We really liked the spacious kitchen/dining area where we could eat and play games all together!

Friends vacation

Home was a very clean and comfortable place to sleep and stay. No complaints regarding comfortability of the beds. Washer and dryer worked well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our friends. A few notes of improvement: there was only one bath towel provided per person, mosquitoes attacked every time we tried to sit outside (and no spray or candles available at the home or stores in town) using the hot tub was impossible due to mosquitoes, the pantry didn’t have any spices or basics for cooking or coffee, so we had to purchase literally everything and then leave it all behind. Maybe winter time is a better time to stay when the general store is open on the mountain. But this was not a well stocked VRBO for guest use in the summer.

Great house in very quiet location

Great house for a larger family visit that was located in a very quiet neighborhood. Used it as a base for hikes in Glacier and Yoho NP. Am very glad we stayed there and will be looking to visit again in the future.

Excellent Ski House!

Had an awesome stay here. This place has everything you need for a killer ski trip—heated floors, a private hot tub, and legit ski-in/ski-out access. Super easy to hit the slopes, and coming back to soak in the hot tub with the mountain views was perfect. The game table was a great bonus, and the whole chalet was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a top-notch spot at Kicking Horse. 5 stars all the way!

Great ski weekend location!

This home was an excellent home base for our ski weekend. The location is a perfect ski in/ski out. The house fit our whole group well, with lots of space for everyone. Everything was in good, working order and they provided lots of space to dry ski gear. The two single beds were quite snug in the one room, but it worked nonetheless, and we were thankful to not have to use the futon as it was quite small for an adult. All in all, it was a great property and the host ensured we had all the information for a smooth stay.

Super nice house!

House is really nice! We used 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Beds comfortable. Living room and kitchen quite enjoyable. Nice view. 1BR/BA at entry level. Stairs to common areas and master BR with en-suite bath. Also another BR and guest bath on that level. Another set of stairs to 2BR and 1 bath. Lots of amenities especially for colder weather and skiing. Would definitely recommend!

Kicking Horse Golden Ultra

I came here with a group of friends to run the Golden Ultra trail race. This home was ideal for our group, with large comfy beds, private bathrooms, a large kitchen and a comfy living room. The hot tub at the back, surrounded by trees was a welcome retreat at the end of a long running day. This home was very neat and clean and stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect! We had a great stay!

Mountain retreat

The house was well kept and had all amenities required.Myself and the family stayed over the weekend to enjoy the mountains on our way to Kelona and visited the Skybridge park which was great for the kids. The hot tub was great and Gabe was great with checking in and was very accommodating during our stay. Lots of beds for everyone and very comfortable. Mosquitoes were excessive so bring some spray and citronella and you will be fine. We highly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house and Gabe.
